It's good, it's very good, it's the Wheel Of Time Series
" Pain filled him, and he screamed, a wordless scream that had something of a
wolf's cry in it. Without thinking, he leaped foward, still screaming. All thought was gone.
The horsemen had bunched too much to be able to use their lances, and the axe was a feather in
his hand , one huge tooth of steel. Something crashed into his head, and as he fell, he did not
know if it was himself or the Wolf that had died....."
Sound good?, well that's just a minute portion of the brilliant action which takes
place through all the novels out at the moment, and there's already 7.
Here's the line up so far..
- Book 1 : The Eye Of The World.
- Book 2 : The Great Hunt.
- Book 3 : The Dragon Reborn.
- Book 4 : The Shadow Rising.
- Book 5 : The Fires Of Heaven.
- Book 6 : Lord Of Choas.
- Book 7 : Crown Of Swords.
Each of these books, apart from the last one, are out in paperback, and hardback.
The paperbacks are only around £6.00, so are well worth it.
Whats that?, you wan't to hear more?. Well OK then. The books revolve around three
main charecters, who turn out to be more than they first seem. Rand Al Thor, Perrin Abaraya,
and Matrim Cauthon, all live in a small village called Emond's Field, and their whole lives
change when a beautiful lady and her warder come to stay. The village is attacked by evil creatures
called Trollocs, and they must leave, not just for their safety, but for that of the whole world
also. From there they start their unbelivable travels, to where ever they must....
