His style is heavily influenced by drummers like Raymond Herrera of Fear Factory, Tomas Hakke of Meshuggah, Morgan Rose of Sevendust, David Silveria of Korn, and of course his idol, Dave McClain of Machine Head. Mike plays and loves almost anything as long as it's either fast, aggressive, or both! His machinegun like double bass is a milestone of his style using it for straight beats and fascinating combinations of drum fills.Mike, like Josh, was one of the first founding members of Beneath.
