For days I've tried to get you outta my mind,
Lying awake on my bed,
Late at night,
Thinking of the past ..
Thinking of you and I ..
Last night ..
A long sleepless night passing,
The minutes slowly dragging by ..
I silently thought ..
Thought about the pain I've been feeling
Always wondering why ...
When slowly I realised..
It was you I wanted ...
You I love ...
And I had tried.. in vain..
So hard to pretend you were no longer on my mind ...
But the realisation of still loving you ..
Was so true ..
