The Tenor Horn

These are Eb Alto horns, called Eb Tenor horns in England. The first one, with the upright bell, is used in a traditional brass band. I play a Besson version in the Cincinnati Brass Band. We won the Honors division at the 1999 NABBA competition in Chicago. The second one is a bellfront version of the alto. This is what alot of people use in marching bands. Both are generally in the key of Eb.
