This is a privitly maintained site for use by Health Care professionals interested in IV Nursing and related information.
Purpose:
To provide a viable, current and topical resource for the research of Nursing issues in IV therapy on the "Web".
Objectives:
Analize current IV issues to determine the 5 highest ares of interested .
To research these ares on the "web" and provide descriptive links to relevent sites.
To determine relevence of sites by use of a standard instrument described below.
Instrument:
Using a 1-5 scale with 5 being the highest level of achievable in the 5 following areas:
1. Site quality, based on ease of site navigation, speed in loading the pages, readability.
2. Site quantity, does it address one or more of the top 5 issues.
3. Information quantity, is the information concise,comprhensiveand derived from scientific research.
4. Information quality, is the information easily read and presented in an organized structure.
5. Usefulness, overall usefulness of the site as a reference.
