The Eliminator beat The Cocknocker to become the first WTF Inter-City Champion since the break up of WTF show in 1996, but it was changed to the WTF Intercontinental Championship on July 28, 1999.
Banyon 1/24/00 Angelo Vega Roof of Building, New York, NY

The Eliminator was stripped of the title on November 1st, 1999 becasue of not defeanding the title and personal issues. The match between Angelo Vega and Banyon took place on the roof and Banyon beats Angelo Vega to become the new WTF 2000 Intercontinental Champion.

Banyon forfeit the title for unknown reasons and a battle royal was set for the vacant title and the Don became the new champion by winning the battle royal.

The Don was stripped of the tite due to failure of defending it and a Four way match was set and Havok won the IC title by defeating Jason Jones, Attitiude Adjustment and Deranged

Eddy G. pinned Jay Storm in a three way match to win the title against Jay Storm and Tony Burma.

Eddy G.was stripped of the WTF Intercontinental Title because of not defeating the title for a certain amount of days and the title was declared vacant. Shawn Jenkins defeated Jay Storm to become the new WTF Intercontinental Champion.
