This WTF superstar is perhaps the strangest of them all. Not much is known about this hard hitting clown. All that is known is that he has wrestled in the now defected W.W.U. At times he seems emotionless yet if you look close while he is wrestling, a faint smile comes to his painted face while he is destroying his opponent. Whoever he wrestles here in the WTF it will not be fun and games. His finishing maneuver is a devastating power bomb which he called (in one of the extremely rare times he has spoken to WTF officials) "The Tee-Hee Bomb" One thing can be for sure, Happy is one clown that is not out to tickle the WTF's funny bone.
