I am Sal. I am looking to start a band. Hardcore, punk, and/or metal. Any combonation of those would be great. Influences include MetallicA, KoRn, Sum 41, Ramms+ein, Marilyn Manson, Green Day, Nirvana, Pantera, Cold, Hatebreed, and Slipknot. Some great bands that you may or may not have heard of are The Explosion, Killswitch Engage, Unbalanced, Mindless Self Indulgence, Delta Activity, and Morning Calling. So if you like any of the afformentioned bands, you like me, ergo, HI! Now, for those of you who think punk, hardcore, and metal can't coincide, let me explain. What I like about punk is the energy, I love the energetic constant assault of music and words, such a beautiful thing. Hardcore, I love how it is so hard and fast as well. Although, I must say, after a while, enough screaming is enough screaming, if you know what I mean. But the power it gives you when you listen to it is unmeasurable. And don't think I forgot about metal.. the guitars, the feeling when they take the stage, the smell of rock. Ok, so I'm talking about a live show, but still. Think about it! Guitar solos, anticipation for the lyrics as the guitars play the 30/+ second long intro.. what a wonderful feeling. Anyway, onto the part most of you are here for, my lyrics. P.S. Well, today hasn't been very productive. But is there ever a day that is? Oh well. Shit happens, life goes on, and that's that. I believe to have found myself, however, don't know if I fit in my mold. Who cares? If not, I'll just break the mold, for there have been obstacles in the past, but are now, no more.. as I won't endulge in my depression, you will bask in ignorant bliss. For you do not know what or who I am, nor do you know how or why I feel the way I do, but maybe, someday, you shall. I shall return.. when I am further along in my maturation process.......

YO MOTHAFUCKAZ!! Long time no update. Well, I will clarify everything for all of you. In case you all dunno yet, me and my girlfriend of over 2 years, broke up. That is what was up with that damn July post. As I stand before you today, I have NO intentions of getting back together with her. I am not here to be played. So nigga, PLEASE! If you read this shit Brittany, ain't nothin' you dunno. Hope you're happy with your decision, because I sure am. I don't need someone who's gonna mess with me. And we both know you left me for Rory. So whatever. Anyway. Lots of stuff has gone down since my last post, so let's begin. First off, Static X, Obie Trice, KoRn, and G Unit all got new cds. Static X - Shadow Zone.. awesome cd. Four stars. Obie Trice - Cheers.. when it's good, it's great, however, I find my finger on the skip button quite often, it could definatly use a little more anger, and less humor. Appearances by Eminem, 50 Cent, Bizare (of D12), Lloyd Banks, Dr. Dre, and Busta Rhymes. Three and a half starz. KoRn - Take A Look In The Mirror.. very dark and heavy. I have to say I like it, but not for the same reasons why I fell in love with them. I'll be honest, I never listened to them until the Follow The Leader days, but that was when I started listening to music, so gimme a break. Self Titled cd was very straight forward, not very commercial, Life Is Peachy, a little more rappish than KoRn, then came Follow The Leader, which was alright, not heavy enough, but it had stuff you could still get into, Issues was a joke. I mean honestly, a KoRn Kover Kontest? Hm kkk, odd. Anyway, it was a decent cd, but not great. And then Untouchables, well, let's just say I lost it. Which brings us to The newest installment.. tracks like "Right Now" and "Did My Time" for some singles, look to see a softer song for their third and final single, as it seems to be the way things go, "Y'all Want A Single" I must say is my favorite song on the cd (by KoRn anyway). And there's even a nice hidden track at about 10:00 on track 13... it's MetallicA's "One" live. But, the beat is very repetitive.. so overall I will give this one four stars as well.. And finally, G Unit - Beg For Mercy.. now let me go on record of saying I really love 50 Cent's music. But, it seems when you throw in Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks, and Young Blood (the rest of G Unit in case you dunno) he seems to be fairly... awful. I'm not really feelin' the cd too much. It totally lacks anger, no shots at any Murder Inc. fag rappers.. dunno who that may be..? No anything. It's just a bunch of bragging about their ice, and their cars, and shit like that. So to make it short, I will hang on to the cd, for now, maybe it'll grow on me.. but it gets a measly two and a half stars. Better come back with something better. Anyway, all set with my newest cd reviews heh. Now, my newest dvd purchase, is the long awaited Aqua Teen Hunger Force season 1 dvd. One of the best cartoons ever. Four and a half stars. If you're here at this site, you already know a lot about me, so I will not bore you with little details. My status right now however, is that I am single, but I've got someone in mind... not like y'all care, just thought I'd throw it out there for y'all.
