10/28/04 Congrats Joe! Congradulations to Joe Shea for winning the 2004 World's Worst Driver Award! Coming in second was fellow Regulator Josh Kuberka. He put his name in the running after hitting his boss's parked car. Sadly Andy was no where to be found on this list, you must actually have a driver's license to be considered.
