American Dreams

Love is great but hate is better
no place 4 peace when war glitters
well all that glitters is not gold
confusion causes conflict and fate be told
President Bush like the Music Man, has this war sold
the public unknowingly bought it
and now our soldiers have to fight it
military minds murder the innocent
we the people are committing manslaughter without knowing it
I wonder if the U.N. would take us 2 court
millions found guilty and thrown in jail
can't be free on bond there is no bail
but its kind of crazy cuz its already how it seems
like we're bein held on the promise of American dreams....
