In 2010, Lyn had realized a lifelong dream and opened his own shop. It was here that he met his end. The shop pictured below was ideally located at 2100 Mason Street between North Beach and Fisherman's Wharf.

This website is about the jewelry and me Lyn Fredric Magnuson the artist. I have more than forty years of experience and some of my designs go back that far. I’ve finally settled down at 2100 Mason Street in San Francisco directly on the NE corner of Mason and Lombard. The workshop, store and dwelling are located at the foot of Telegraph Hill in the Telegraph Hill District not far from Fisherman’s Wharf where I sold my jewelry for twenty years as a San Francisco Street Artist. I chose fabrication over casting because it’s comprehensibly more difficult and makes design theft almost impossible. The store was my last step in my goal to become a master goldsmith. I want to thank all of you people who helped me in my struggle to survive as an artist by buying my jewelry. I’m forever grateful. Thank you, Lyn.
