This Friday on 22 November at 6:30-7:00PM a wrestling great will be at the middle school to talk to talk to our wrestlers about wrestling. His talk will focus on what a great sport wrestling is, what it has done for the speaker, other wrestlers and what wrestling can do for your child. This talk is open to the public and parents and they are encouraged to attend.
Please do not arrive earlier than 6:30PM because normal practice is in session.
This speaker also has some athletic ware to introduce to you and your wrestler that might be of interest to you. I understand that the speaker will have wrestling shoes, t-shirts, singlettes, knee pads, etc with him. He can sell items at the session or take orders. I also understand that he will match or beat anybody’s prices and takes credit cards.
As I have stated before… the school will provide required wrestling wear (except wrestling shoes, which are required and a responsibility of each wrestling family).
