Map of the Territory The red X is the location of the Ravenswood Lodging House, on 37th Ave and 11th St. The black line roughly outlines the extent of the Ravenswood territory, which is on the coast of Queens, the other side of Queensboro Park, along 31st Street, and parallel to Roosevelt Island. As far as divisions of selling spots between boys and girls, there really are none. The whole territory is open to all newsies of the 'wood, because inter-borough rivalry is pretty ridiculous when you all have to share one bathroom. Anyway, with few exceptions residents of the 'wood are a fairly tight-knit group and arguments (at least those related to selling spots) are fairly rare. Back to the Roof
