Hello my friend,

For two years, I have entertained the notion of starting an organized Internet focus-group for the shared study, interpretation, commemoration, and preservation of the legacy of General Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson - a group made up of authors, historians, educators, and portrayers - a group dedicated to sharing this story that is both inspirational and complicated - a very special group for people like YOU and ME.

Wouldn’t it be great if we could find a way to get together in a Chat Room setting for an hour or so - maybe on a monthly or bimonthly basis? Wouldn't it be great if we had an exclusive Webpage and a Community Blog where we can post our thoughts, promote our books, advertise appearances, reenactment events etc. Just imagine how much knowledge and material we already have. And imagine how much we will learn from each other.

You are receiving this exclusive invite due to your outstanding efforts on behalf of General Jackson's legacy. We hope that you will join us for what could be an extraordinary group and look forward to incorporating your ideas on how to make the SJCS a reality.

Membership is currently open ONLY to invites. Once a core-members list is filled, an email blast will be sent out for our first online meeting. This chat will be to discuss the basis for the organization and establish a plan of action and Mission Statement. In addition, an official SJCS webpage (w/ domain name and blog) will be set up (at NO cost to you) with posting privileges being granted to all members.
