2 c graham crackers, finely rolled, crumbs
2 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup margarine, softened
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
Blend cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder in small bowl; set aside.
Beat margarine and 3 egg YOLKS til fluffy. Stir in vanilla, beat in Graham Cracker crumbs, add flour mixture and milk, beating well, Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done. Cool in pans 15 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely. Fill and frost as desired.

2 cups water
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cream of tartar
Boil together 2 minutes, then add:
20 Ritz crackers (whole), Cook 1 min. without stirring, Cool, Pour above mixture in UNbaked pie crust, Dot with butter, nutmeg and cinnamon. (can use Apple Pie spice) Add top crust Bake 30 min. at 400º

4 c flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
Salt
1 c shortening
2 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 c sour milk OR water
1 tsp vanilla
RAISIN FILLING
1/2 c sugar
1 c Raisins, ground
1 c Water
2 T Cornstarch or flour
2 T Chopped nuts
Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together; set aside. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars thoroughly. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla; beat at high speed for 2 min. Lower the speed and add the flour mixture gradually. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
To prepare the raisin filling, grind the rasins. You should have 1 cup of ground raisins. In a medium saucepan combine raisins, sugar, water. Combine 2 T of water with the cornstarch, use to thicken the raisin mixture. when cool stir in the nuts.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut into rounds with a cookie cutter. Place the rounds on greased cookie sheet. Place a heaping teaspoon of filling mixture on the cookie round, top with another round, crimp the edges closed. Bake at 375º about 10 minutes. Allow to cool

1/3 c margarine
1 c sour milk
3 lg T peanut butter
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Mix, put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350º 35 min.
FROSTING
3/4 box confectioner sugar
3 T peanut butter
2 T melted margarine
add enoug milk to spread easily

1 c whole wheat or oatmeal
1 1/4 c boiling water, stir good, let set for 20 min.
mix together-
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1/2 c margarine
1 1/3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinn
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
mix then add reserved meal mix, put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350º 35 min.
FROSTING
3/4 box confectioner sugar
3 T peanut butter
2 T melted margarine
add enoug milk to spread easily
TOPPING
6 T soft margarine
3/4 c brown sugar packed
1/4 c milk
1 c chopped nuts
1 c cocoanut

1/2 c Onion, sliced
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c water
4 tsp Sugar

8 c torn lettuce
cook bacon, drain, pour drippings from pan over lettuce. heat vinegar, sugar, water, onions, salt and pepper, stir. pour over greens; toss well.
