OLD FASHIONED FRUIT COBBLER
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cube margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
2 qt. canned fruit (including juice)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Stir together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add and mix until smooth the margarine and milk. Pour into greased 9x13 deep dish pan. Pour the fruit over batter and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until a golden brown.

FRUIT COBBLER ~ Stella
1 large can pie filling of choice or make your own filling
1 cup milk
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 to 1 cup sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
Mix milk, flour, sugar, and butter together. Pour into large square cake pan. Drop pie filling into batter spreading evenly as possible throughout the whole thing. Bake at 425º until golden brown and a toothpick will come out clean when center is tested. I used 1/2 cup of sugar

PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN COBBLER ~ Stella
1 stick butter
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
8 oz. cream cheese (softened
1 Package White Cake Mix
Nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350º. In 13 x 9 backing pan melt butter. Add pineapple and cherry pie filling to baking pan, mix in cream cheese, then cover with the cake mix and nuts. Bake for 40-50 minutes.

PEACH COBBLER - Bakerbabe2
1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
1 16 oz can of peaches
sugar to sprinkle
Melt 3 T of margarine or butter in casserole dish in 350º oven in a bowl mix flour and milk together. Add melted butter, then peaches with juice to flour mixture. Stir until mixed Pour back into casserole dish. bake until golden brown and bubbly. Serve Hot

EASY PEACH COBBLER
1/4 c. butter
4 c. peeled & sliced peaches, apples or nectarines
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. plus 2/3 c. baking mix
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tbsp. milk
In 1-quart shallow casserole, combine peaches, sugar, 1 tablespoon baking mix and cinnamon. In medium bowl, mix remaining 2/3 cup baking mix with brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is size of small peas. Stir in milk until moistened. Drop by spoonfuls onto peaches. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into crust comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. 6 servings.

PEACH COBBLER CAKE - Roma26
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 32 oz. can of peaches(and liquid)
1/2 cup butter
ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°. Pour peaches in 9x13 pan cover with cake mix, and press firmly cut butter into small pieces, place on top of cake, sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake for approx 45 minutes

PEACH COBBLER
5 fresh peaches or 1 qt. canned
peaches (Freestones are best)
3/4 c. sugar
Peel, pit and halve peaches. Place in a large saucepan with the sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
Beat together:
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
Pour boiling fruit and juice into an 8 or 9 inch square pan sprayed with Pam. Don't put more than 1/2 inch of juice in the baking pan. Pour the batter over the hot peaches and juice.
Melt:
1/2 cube margarine
Pour over the batter in a drizzle. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve plain or with milk, Half & Half or ice cream. Apricots may be substituted for the peaches.

PEACH COBBLER
4 cups peeled, sliced peaches
2 cups sugar, divided
1/2 cup water
8 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups milk
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine peaches, 1 cup sugar, and water in pan and mix well. Bring to boil, simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Put butter in deep baking dish, place in oven to melt. Mix remaining 1 cup sugar, flour, and milk slowly to prevent clumping. Pour mixture over melted butter. Do not stir. Spoon fruit on top, gently pouring in syrup. Batter will rise to top during baking. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. To serve, scoop onto a plate and serve with your choice of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
