FAIRYS AND UNICORNS

Where did the word "Fairy" come from? Fairy comes from Faerie (French) Faerie comes from Fa'ae (Gallic) Fa'ae comes from Fata (Latin, meaning the fates) Fa'ae or fae or fay all mean about the same thing: a group of special magical beings that look a little human with powers that go from good to evil. That's why you read about both the good fairy in the Wizard of Oz and the wicked Witch of the North. But here all we care about are the good ones.

A lot of people believe that unicorns do not exist. I would have to say that in this day and age they probably don't. But, I believe they used to. I also like to believe that somewhere, there is another realm, similar to ours, but also different. It's different because it has unicorns, magicians, dragons, and everything else that is mystical and magical. So, let your imagination run wild like the wind, and believe in things that are unbelievable in every day life. The most common unicorn was the white unicorn. But there was, however, black unicorns. They were very rare because they had more magical capabilities than the white unicorn. Some people believe unicorns are goat like creatures with a single horn. Others say they are similar to horses, of course, with a horn. I have seen a unicorn (in my dreams) and it looked more like a horse than a goat.Unicorns, to me, are noble, majestic creatures. They can stand so perfectly, look so beautiful and graceful, that you just want to reach out and touch one if you ever happen to see any.
