WHY THERE IS NO SNOW
IN NEW JERSEY
I could not help but wonder why there
was not any snow where I live yet. It is the New Year
and still no sign of snow. I have spoken to friends
from around the globe, and they all have snow, so
why is there no snow in New Jersey? I was looking
forward to building snowmen, having snowball fights,
and even making snow angels, so where is the snow?
Suddenly it hit me, I realized that I knew the
answer, without a doubt I knew that God played a big
part in this. Being in New Jersey and so close to New
York, God did not want to send us snow yet, there was
still so much work to be done where the World Trade
Centers once stood. The snow would hold things up
at the site...It would make the clean up and the
chance of finding more bodies of our loved ones,
families, friends, and people who meant the world to
others even more difficult. New York deserves a break.
The snow would slow down those working hard at the
site where disaster struck on September 11, 2001. So
now when I ask "why is there no snow in Jersey"...It's
is because "our" God is watching out for New York
City...
"Thank You God For Watching Over
Ground Zero"....
