Internet Romance
So long ago I went shopping and I bought this
thing called the web. I had hoped to find some new
friends. As time went on I did find some great
friends that will be my friends forever.
I have learned quickly that on the world wide net, not everyone is what or whom they say. I came to know
that a true friend will never go away.

Then the day came when I met you. We hit it
off so quickly, and we became the closest of friends. What I never imagined was falling in love with you.
Each day we chatted my heart grew fonder of you. I
wanted to tell you that I had fallen in love with you
but I was so afraid that you would disappear into
cyberspace, so I held in my feelings. You had become
my love, my life.

My Internet Romance, I remember the day that
we did finally tell each other that we loved each
other. I would sit at home alone sometimes and close
my eyes, and think about how much I do love you. My
eyes fill with tears sometimes, because as close as we are we have miles between us, yet they say "distance
can not seperate two hearts that truely care." That
is so true.

Some say that you can not really fall in love
online, you need to be with that person to know. You
and I both know that is not true. A love like ours is
so precious and rare, a true gift fom God. To think
their is many miles between us yet God wanted us to
meet so He brought us together on the internet. I
thank God for you, our love, and "Us"
