Benji sat on his bed with his mouth open. He didn't know if he should be mad at his brother or if he should be happy for him.
"It's too quiet", Joel spoke. Benji just sat there.
"You mean that ring you showed me while we were on tour, the one that has 3-11( AN: Jina's bday is march 11th the same with Joel just to clear that up) carved in it the one that you bought with your birthstones? that ring the one that you said when I give this to Jina we're going to be at the most romantic spot in all of Maryland and im going to get down on one knee and tell her how much I love her and want to spend the rest of your life with her. Would tht be the same ring Joel", he started geting angry with Joel. He was starting to act just like his father leaving someone for something else. It was making him angry. He wanted to be happy for his brother but the happiness just wasn't there and he knew Joel was definitly only doing this to get back at Jina and it wasn't right. Joel nodded at Benji's statement.
"Joel?", Benji stated looking at his brother.
"Yeah Benj?", Joel questioned.
"Just leave my room I dont want to even look at you your a f*cking prick I can't believe you", Benji stated.
"FUCK OFF BENJI IT'S MY LIFE AND I LOVE JENNIFER I LOVED JINA I CAN'T STAND THAT GIRL ANYMORE".
"Well you know what JOEL I CANT STAND YOU EITHER!", he screamed.
"FINE F*CKER", Joel yelled slaming Benji's door. Benji wasn't sure what he was thinking all he knew is that if Jina found out she'd kill herself for sure. He had to make sure that everyone would be there for her when she found out.

Jina sat in her livingroom with her white sweat pants her tube socks and a Weezer shirt. She heard the door bell ring and walked to her door. She saw Benji, Billy, and Paul lined up on the stairs.
"Hi guys is there something going on tonight that I should know about?", she questioned.
"No there's just something you need to know in general", Pauls tone was serious for once.
"Okay", she took a deep breath.
"Come on in", she stepped out of the way and let the boys in. She sat them down in the living room and got some lemonaid for them.
"So whats the occasion that everyones at my house", she questioned them as she sat in a blue chair by Benji. There was silence and all the boys looked at each other.
"I talked to Joel Jina", Benji stated. Jina took a gulp as she grabbed the inhailer on the little wooden table next to her.
"This is soo hard to say this, I dont know how to start and I really I....", Billy was trying so hard because he didn't want to tell her this.
"Jina, Joel asked that girl he was with....".
"To Marry him", Paul stated as he took a sip of his lemonaid. Jina's hazel eyes began to get watery as she sprayed the inhailer into her mouth. She took deep breaths.
"Jee im soo sorry", Billy walked over to Jina. She looked up at him.
"Come here", he motioned for her to get up and give him a hug. She grabbed Billy and cried. She felt like she had cried enough in the past months and she was kind of sick of it but it felt really good to have people who cared for her. Benji got up and took her into his arms. He reminded her of Joel just being in Benji's arms was like Joel his smell and everything. She just wanted to be with Joel but fate was not on her side. She never actually believed in fate and this proved that fate was not real.
"I love him Benj I really do", she cried. He held her tighter and looked over at Paul who looked helpless in the situation. She felt comfort in the situation of being in Benji's arms he had been so good to her and never was an ass hole once.

"Jee please dont hurt yourself I'll be back tommorow morning okay", Billy stated as he wiped some tears that fell from her eyes.
"I promise Billy", she whispered.

Jina was laying on the couch when the door bell rang, she got up and opened the door to see Joel. She wiped her tears.
"What the f*ck do you want?", she questioned him. Joel looked at her.
"fine if you dont want anything then i suggest you go away", she stated as she pushed him down the stairs and she slamed the door.
"TELL THAT F*CKING BITCH TO STAY AWAY FROM ME", Joel stated walking into the kitchen where Benji was eating a late night snack.
"What did she do to you?", Benji questioned looking at his brused brother.
"She pushed me down the stairs happy?", Joel questione grabbing ice and walking up stairs. Jina moaned as she heard the door bell ring. She had been sleeping on the old discusting couch all night. She looked up at the clock which hung over the door way. 5:00am it read. She slowly composed herself and walked to the door. Opening it with her eyes still half closed she saw Billy standing there holding some yellow paper in his hands.
"What are you doing here?", she yawned.
"We're going on a little vacation I figured we could all just come together and have fun.. since it's Friday and you dont have work this weekend or on Monday we can leave in an hour and leave Monday morning to come back home", he smiled. A smiled appeared on Jina's face sleepily.
"Where to?", she looked at him.
"Mount Snow in Vermont it'll take 8 hours if we leave by 6 we can be there by 2 the latest", Billy stated. His eyes pleaded.
"Alright I'll go", she smiled.
"Do you care if Joel and what ever her name is goes because we just wanna have everyone together and im sure the bimbo wont snowboard", Billy laughed.
"No it's fine", Jina reassured him. She let him in and and threw on some jeans and a t-shirt and packed a few things. She was ready by 5:45 and they headed to the Maddens house. They pulled into the drive way.
"We're using Pauls parents van that they dont use much because it's for family trips", he told her. The long white van had 4 rows of seats. It had room in the back where everyone had thrown their stuff.
"Hey Jina", Benji walked over to her and gave her a hug and when he pulled away he stuck his black beanie on and smiled. Joel and Jennifer hurried to the back of the van. Jina, Benji, and Billy sat in the 2nd row of seats. The guys took turns driving straight through to Vermont. Jina had fallen asleep on Benji. He felt his brother with a close watch on him. He didn't try to make a move on her in front of him. They pulled up to the Grand Summit Resort Hotel at the bottom of the mountain so that they could get the 3 rooms they were staying in. Jina and Billy shared a room, Paul and Benji, Joel and Jennifer. They walked into the lodge and looked around and the wooden featured wall and the stoned fire place. They walked over to the wooden desk with all their bags where a man about in his 70's was sitting there.
"Hello welcome to Mount Snow Iam Matthew how may I help you?", the guy politley said tocuhing his white hair.
"Reservation for Madden", Billy stated because they had left it under Madden. " Yes your located in rooms 15, 16, and 17, just sign this and here are your keys and enjoy your stay", he smiled at them. Billy had Benji sign and then they were off to their rooms. Jina, Joel, Benji,Paul and Billy decided they'd go and rent some snowboards so thta they could go snowboarding like they did in the winter of their senior year of High School. They all decided to get a white snowboard with a blue design down the whole board. They made their way up to the ski lift so that they could go to another area of the mountain. They got to the top of a medium sized mountain.
"This is going to be sooo f*cking great!", Paul stated as he straped on the snowboard to his feet. Everyone sat in the snow with their snow suits doing the same.
"Yeah", Joel agreed with a smile. Jina nodded.
"Alright lets race to the bottom", Benji stated adjusting his beanie. They all got into a line.
"On your marks get set go", Paul shouted and they all raced down the hill swirving in and out. Joel looked at Jina as he passed her and smiled, she tried to ignore him.
"JOEL YOUR IN MY F*CKING WAY!", Benji laughed.
"F*ck no your in mine", Joel shouted back as they swirved in back and forth in front and back of each other. They got close to the bottom of the mountain and Jina saw a picknick table sitting there. Billy looked at her and she looked at him.
"Ready?", she questioned him.
"Yeah", she shouted back. They both leaned down a little more and jumped onto the table and did a trick as the stopped themselfs. Jina fell and began to giggle as everyone came down. Billy hopped over to her and sat on his ass. Benji slid over and got snow in everyones faces. Joel came over and fell beside Jina.
"Hey", he stated looking at her. She turned her head toward him and smiled.
"Hey", she stated giggling.
"O GAWD PAUL DONT DO IT!", they all yelled as they watched Paul miss the table and fall.
"That's gotta hurt man", Jina's voice sounded strained.
"At least it wasn't his balls this time", Joel joked. Jina laughed as he began to get up and she knocked him over. The rest of the day quickly went by and it was that time where everyone kind of just hung around there rooms. In Billy and Jina's room Jina sat on a window seat which was in their room. The room was just like the main lobby witht the wooden looking walls. Billy's hair lay on his face and he was wearing a green bath robe. He walked over to Jina and put his hand on her shouldure.
"Hey Billy", she smiled. She looked out into the night and watched as the moon and the stars made the snow glow.
"This is such a great place", she told him as she made room for him to sit. She was wearig red and black boxer shorts and a black and gray sports bra with a blue blanket over her.
"Yeah and I noticed you were smiling at Joel today and there was a little flirting going on", he told her.
"Im trying to deal with it it's so hard but yet im trying so hard", she told him.
"Billy I hate to tell you this but I still use marajuana and all this s*it that therapy didn't help I know this is a bad time to tell you", she fiddled with the strings that came off of the light blue pad that covered the window seat.
"Jina, when we get back why dont you go to a local therapist maybe thats what you need to be around people that love you that'll help...", he told her.

"Come in", Benji stated as he was playing a nascar game on his playstation 2. He was only in his boxers. Paul had gone down to the club that night to watch some comedian. Benji paused the game and looked up to see Joel standing there. He looked worn out and he was wearing a white wife beater and sweat pants.
"Hi Joel what do you want", he asked. Joel walked over to his brother and sat on the bed.
"listen im sorry about being an a*s hole ive just been thinking alot latley about me and only me", Joel confessed.
"Thats for sure", Benji stated.
"Benj, Jenn and I just got into a fight".
"About what?", Benji asked happy about the fight. Joel got up and walked over to the window and looked out at the same scene Jina was looking at.
"How she never wants to do anything I want to do, she'll either break a nail or do something to herself. She doesn't like to do the things I do. Especially snowboard", he told him.
"Then why did she come on this trip?", he asked.
"To keep me away from Jina".
"Why does she care, you seem to over her or aren't you?", Benji looked at the back of his brother who was turned toward the scene outside.
"I dont know Benj, I mean f*ck I love Jenn but there's something missing she hates everythign I do she hates Good Charlotte Jina loved doing all that stuff with me like band practice snowboarding.. and such".
"Joel...", Benji shut his eyes.
"Ive f*cking been falling for Jina", he confessed
