Happiness
comes to us
In many different
ways
We learn to
grab what we can
And get us
through tough days
But listen
to the rainfall
And the gentleness
of the wind
Or watch a
mama bird
Feed and to
her child, sing
Enjoy the warmth
of the sunshine
And the flowers
that bloom in spring
For these
are life's gentle things
As gentle
as a butterfly's wings
Look into the
eyes
Of a little
child you see
And you will
see true happiness
The way it's
supposed to be
Watch a mom
hug her child
And say I
love you
And remember
these are the gentle things
That brings
happiness to you
See a child
who is handicapped
And look at
the person within
And you will
see a special wisdom
That God has
given to them
Watch a child
pick a flower
And touch
it to their nose
Watch the
way they look in awe
Looking at
petals on a rose
Sometimes our
lives are changed
And there's
nothing we can do
But we can
take something bad
And turn it
around too
Happiness can
be found
If you will
only look around and see
Give unto
others and help
For that's
the way it should be
