| In their continual quest to improve the quality of their Martial Arts Programs, Cain’s Taekwondo Academy is proud to announce the addition of an Extreme Martial Arts (XMA) Class. XMA is a fusion of martial arts, gymnastics, aerobics, and dance that will improve your martial arts experience and keep your performance on the cutting edge. XMA classes will be offered on Wednesday and Saturday. Cain's Taekwondo Academy is one of only two schools in New York State that is authorized to offer the new XMA Program. |

| XMA stands for Xtreme Martial Arts. XMA was created by Mike "Chat" Chaturantabut who was one of the most successful and experienced tournament competitors and martial arts movie stars. Mike Chat has combined the styles and philosophies of several athletic and artistic disciplines into the only step-by-step training system that is backed by medical science and includes all of today's cutting-edge martial arts choreography as seen on the national and international tournament scene as well as featured in Hollywood's top grossing motion pictures and popular television shows.
