was Photo Finish's very first champion. As a juvenile, he had the very first undefeated season in PF with 9-9-0-0 and nearly $1.5million in earnings. He won what would later become the 2YO TC and two Eclipse Awards - Champion 2YO Colt and Horse of the Year 2002~
~As a 3YO he had NO starts out of the money, and won another $2million. Overshadowed that year by the champions Revenge, Spanish Midnight, and Bold N' Free, he still carved out his own niche. While primarily a miler, Wekiva Bay was also a great sprinter and proved he could run at classic distances with a 3rd place in the Kentucky Derby, beaten only by SPanish Midnight and Bold N' Free. He won the first two legs of the Handicap TC, finishing 2nd in the last leg. He finished 3rd in the BC Sprint, and won the Cigar Mile, which he ran in every year he was eligible for it~
~He ran for 3 more seasons, from ages 2 to 6, showing his longevity as well. He finished 5th in the BC Classic at age 6, ran four times in the Cigar Mile, finishing in the money 3 times, and competed successfully at distances from 6 furlongs to a mile and a quarter~
