My mind is cold and shakey
and my body is, too
I can't forget the tears I've cried
for an oblivious you

or what I have to say

who gets me through my day
You'll never read my confessions
and take them to your heart
You'll never know what it feels like
to be light-years apart
You'll never know what i've done
to show my support for you
You'll never know if I'm your soulmate

You'll never remember my name
my love, my strenght, my prife
You'll never know anything
I've been hiding inside
You'll never know the answers
You'll never know the signs
You'll never know what could be
what a shy girl hides
You'll never know the truth
because there's a billion fish in the sea
You'll never know if I'm for you
and you're the guy for me
Maybe you can step out
of the glorious life you're in
and travel into mine
where I can begin
To show you what a great friend I can be
and maybe even more
To show you love and support will always await
at the opening of my door
