Dilandau, in short, is the leader of the Dragonslayers, a group of fifteen soldiers in Zaibach (who constantly have to get beaten up by him). He loves fire and burning things down. He hates Van and wants him dead, because of the scar he gave him when he slashed his cheek with his sword. He also is not very fond of Allen, or Folken for that matter.
