Allen Schezar is the knight Hitomi and Van meet when they are transported to Asturia. He looks almost exactly like Hitomi's crush, Amano, which causes her to fall for him as well. He is a Knight Caeli, a knight of the heavens, which is a very great honor in Asturia. He has his own guymelef, Sherezade, and was taught by Balgus (Van's mentor) Allen is basically your typical playboy. Princess Millerna is also in love with him. But he only likes her because she looks her older sister, Princess Marlene, who was married off to the Duke of Freid and is now deceased. Known to everyone, except Millerna, Chid is his son. He also likes Hitomi, but he really just likes to be with her because she reminds him of his sister. Allen actually had a very troubled past. His father, Leon left his family to search for the secrets of Atlantis and persue a women from the Mystic Moon (who turns out to be Hitomi's grandmother) whom he'd met when he was young. His younger sister, Celena (see more about her) disappeared when he was a child, and his mother soon died afterwards of grief.
