ALL STAR GAME
Vote for your favorite Diamondbacks' players at Bank One Ballpark. Ballots will be available during the week leading up to the All-Star Game.
ANTHEM SINGERS
The Arizona Diamondbacks will hold one-day auditions for the National Anthem prior to the beginning of each season. Those interested in auditioning should call the National Anthem Audition Hotline at 602/462-4770 or submit a resume, current photograph and audio tape (items non-returnable) to: Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Club, P.O. Box 2095, Phoenix, AZ 85001.
AUTOGRAPHS
Guests may seek autographs from the time the gates open until 45 minutes prior to game start on the outfield side of each dugout. We do ask that anyone seeking autographs have consideration for guests possessing tickets in these seating areas. For additional information about pre-game autographs, go to Guest Relations at Section 128. AUTOGRAPH POLICY
Arizona Diamondbacks staff is unable to accept merchandise to be autographed. Fans seeking autographs must mail their item to the individual player at P.O. Box 2095, Phoenix, AZ 85001. It is best to send correspondence during the regular season, between the months of April and September. Please include the name of the player as well as a self-addressed stamped envelope/package for return of the item. The package will be placed in the player's mailbox. We recommend that you do not send anything of value, as the team cannot guarantee return of the item. The send assumes all risks when mailing an item. The volume of mail may also prevent players from responding to every request they receive. Additionally, we are not able to process any requests for team-autographed items nor are we able to track players' mail to see if an item was received.

BALLPARK USAGE/OTHER EVENTS
If you're looking for a unique setting for your next meeting, holiday party, awards banquet or fund-raiser, Bank One Ballpark has just the ticket you’re looking for. Designed for more than just baseball, Bank One Ballpark has a variety of rental rooms/space to accommodate a function of just about any size. Wide concourses, 6 Party Suites, 3 Lounges, 2 Beer Gardens, a Banquet Room and the plush Arizona Baseball Club are available during non-game days for your specific needs.

BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted, providing they are baseball related and in good taste, as determined by the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Club. They may not be hung or displayed on any part of the playing field or in any way that obstructs another guest's view of the game, emergency exit signage or any advertising signage. Signs must not be commercial in nature or utilize wood or metal material or other types of object for support. The Diamondbacks reserve the right to remove any banner or sign.
BAXTER THE BOBCAT
In June, 2000, D. Baxter was introduced as a member of the Diamondbacks. Baxter immediately won over the crowd with his stunning athleticism, crazy antics and good looks.
Fans can also visit and learn more about Baxter at Baxter's Den, located off the main concourse in centerfield. Baxter's Den is a fun addition to the ballpark that includes pictures, stories and a chance to visit Baxter's house! In addition, Baxter will be in his den for a few innings every game. Fans are invited to come and visit Baxter during this time to get autographs and have their picture taken with their favorite cat. Announcements during the game, as well as signs throughout the ballpark and at the den itself, will let fans know what innings they can come and meet Baxter.

CAMERAS/VIDEO RECORDERS
Photographic equipment and hand-held video cameras for personal use may be brought into the ballpark, provided game action is not recorded, as mandated by Major League Baseball. Flash photography and camera support pods are not permitted. We ask that you are courteous of those around you when taking pictures.
CELLULAR PHONES/PAGERS
The use of cellular phone and pagers are permitted providing their use does not interfere with other guests's enjoyment of the game.
CHARITIES
Arizona Diamondbacks Charities, the Team's non-profit organization, was created as a means to assist Arizona-based non-profit organizations which meet the needs of children, the homeless and the indigent.
Funds for Arizona Diamondbacks Charities are raised through events and are distributed in the means of grants.
Organizations wishing to apply for a grant can either download an application from this website, www.azdiamondbacks.com, or call 602/462-6573.
CHILDREN/SEATING
Children, age 2 and under, do not require a ticket to enter the ballpark, but must share a seat with an accompanying adult.,br> Children (possessing a game ticket, having difficulties seeing the game can obtain a booster chair from the Guest Relations Centers. Booster chairs are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Guest Relations Centers are located at section 128 and section 322.
CONTAINERS, COOLERS AND OTHER ITEMS,br> In order to accommodate the desires of baseball fans at Bank One Ballpark while also recognizing the necessity to maintain maximum comfort levels of safety and comfort, the Arizona Diamondbacks have formulated the following policy regarding items being brought into Bank One Ballpark: 1. No coolers or large bags of any kind will be allowed into Bank One Ballpark. Any food item brought in should be in clear bags (peanut bags, ziplock bags, etc.) and either carried by hand or in a plastic, grocery-style bag. 2. Beverages:
a. Only non-flavored water in SEALED, plastic bottles;
b. EMPTY, plastic water bottles;
c. SEALED, single-serving juice boxes;
d. Formula/baby food.,br> 3. No metal or glass containers for food or beverages will be permitted. Thermos containers or those similar in style will not be permitted. 4. The Diamondbacks reserve the right to inspect any items brought into Bank One Ballpark. 5. For fan safety and enjoyment the following items are prohibited at Bank One Ballpark:
a. Firearms
b. Blowhorns
c. Noisemakers
d. Fishing Nets
e. Beach Balls
f. Laser Pens
g. Flags with poles not sold in the Team Shop
6. Guests with medical or other special needs that cannot be met under this policy are encouraged to contact the Guest Relations Department at (602) 462-6607 to make arrangements in advance. CREDIT CARD POLICY Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted at the Bank One Ballpark Ticket Office and Team Shops.


D DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM
The Arizona Diamondbacks, Miller, Pepsi and Levy Restaurants are committed to safe drinking practices. It is our hope that fans will drink responsibly and arrive home safely with our designated driver program.
Anytime two hours prior to the game and through the first inning, fans over the age of 21 (with a valid drivers license) may register to be a designated driver. Registration will be at the Guest Relations Centers, located at sections 128 and 322. The designated driver will sign a pledge form, which states that he/she will not drink for the duration of the game. The fan will then receive a wristband and one coupon, which is good for one Pepsi brand soft drink or a Sharp's non-alcoholic beer. Fans must present the coupon and wear the wristband to receive the free beverage.

EMERGENCIES
Anyone expecting urgent phone calls (i.e. emergency) should leave their names and seat location at one of the Guest Relations Centers located across from sections 128 or 322. Please note that public address or video board paging will not be permitted. Guests can also be reached via the Guest Relations Centers from the time gates open (2 hours prior to game time) and approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the game at 602/462-4020.

ESCALATORS AND ELEVATORS
Escalators are located inside the main plaza level gates (West side of ballpark) for your convenience. All escalators go up (only) prior to game time and down (only) from the middle of the 7th inning. Elevators are located in the following locations for your convenience. Please note that elevators are restricted for physically challenged/elderly guests, as well as our Suite/Club ticket holders. Main Concourse -- at sections 104, *117, 127 and 140. Club/Suite Level -- across from suites *26 and 43 as well as the NW and NE corners. Upper Concourse -- across from sections *311 and 321 as well as the NW and NE corners. *During Diamondbacks games, please note that this elevator bank will be closed to the public starting at the top of the 9th inning and until 20 minutes after the game ends. There is also a ramp on the East side of the ballpark that will get you from main concourse level to the upper concourse. F FAMILY RESTROOMS For the convenience of all guests at Bank One Ballpark, ''family-style'' restrooms are located at the following locations: Main Concourse -- Across from sections 109 and 135 Suite/Club Level -- Across from Suite #60 (West side of concourse) Upper Concourse -- Across from sections 306 and 331 Field Level -- Across from the NE Elevators and behind section H Note: All family restrooms are equipped with baby-changing tables. For nursing mothers, chairs are available for your convenience. FAN MAIL Anyone wishing to send cards, letters, etc., to any player or coach of the Arizona Diamondbacks are encouraged to do so through the following address: Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Club 401 East Jefferson Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004 Attn: Specific Player or Coach FIRST AID STATIONS The are three (3) First Aid Stations in the ballpark, all of which are located in the NE corner of the facility; Field Level, Main Concourse and Upper Concourse. Main Concourse -- Next to elevators at section 124 Upper Concourse -- Across the elevators, north of section 300 Professional, emergency medical personnel are on duty at each game for your assistance. Should you need assistance, please notify the nearest uniformed employee. FREQUEST FANG PROGRAM The Diamondbacks' Frequent Fang Program was created to acknowledge and thank our fans for supporting the Diamondbacks. As a DiamondBacker, fans will receive special offers and earn points for attending home games. As points add up, members will receive exclusive prizes like shirts, hats and other commemorative merchandise. Fans will even have the opportunity to win autographed prizes, throw out the first pitch or watch a game from a luxury suite. As an additional benefit, members can also receive special offers at participating Diamondbacks' sponsors just by showing their DiamondBackers card. Membership is FREE, fast and easy! Fans can register at any Diamondbacks home game. Once registered, fans will be given a membership card on the spot to use at DiamondBackers kiosks located throughout Bank One Ballpark. Prizes are redeemable at DiamondBackers Headquarters, which is located on the Main Concourse behind section 139. ''DiamondBackers Night'' -- During the season, every Monday night home game is designated as DiamondBackers Night. All members earn double points (20 points) when swiping their card and are eligible for special prizes and promotions. ''76/Circle K StrikeZone Kids Club'' -- FREE stuff, FREE membership! All children 15 and under are eligible to sign up for the 76/Circle K StrikeZone Kids Club. Members receive exclusive StrikeZone Kids Club merchandise as well as DiamondBackers rewards. Stop by any DiamondBackers sign-up location to become a member and receive a special prize just for joining! Fans may call the DiamondBackers Hotline at 602/462-FANS for basic information and to ask any questions, or may inquire about the program at DiamondBackers Headquarters behind section 139 on the main concourse. G GATE OPENING/COUNTDOWN TO GAME The ballpark opens two (2) hours before each home game. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to watch batting practice, infield workouts and pre-game ceremonies. There will be some dates during the season (generally when a day game follows a night game) that the team may elect to skip batting practice, infield practice or both. The following guidelines have been established regarding guest conduct: 1. Guests interfering with a ball in play will be ejected. 2. Guests interfering with the process of the game or going onto the field will be ejected and subject to arrest. 3. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be allowed entry to the ballpark. 4. Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected from the ballpark. 5. Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the ballpark. 6. Any guest found throwing objects onto the field or in the seating areas will be ejected. GUEST RELATIONS CENTERS Guest Relations Centers are located on the main concourse at section 128 as well as on the upper concourse at section 322. These centers are staffed from the time gates open until approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Guests may obtain information and assistance, offer suggestions or register concerns, and to get help with any problems that may occur at Bank One Ballpark. The Guest Relations Centers can be reached by calling 602/462-4020. H HOME RUN BALLS/FOUL BALLS Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball be thrown back on the field. All guests are cautioned to stay alert for foul balls, bats and broken bat that could land in the seating area. If you would like to lessen the risk, the Arizona Diamondbacks will exchange your ticket for one in the upper deck, or will refund the ticket at any time before the first pitch. Guests who catch Diamondbacks' home run balls can arrange to have the ball autographed by the player who hit it. Simply contact the Guest Service Representative (usher) at the top of your seating section/area. The ball will be returned to the guest by mail, generally within three days. If they wish, guests are allowed to return a visiting team's home run ball to the field; however it must be done immediately and in such a way that it does not endanger any player. Interference with play in any way is not permissible. Warning: Any guest interfering with a ball in play or going onto the playing field, will be ejected from the ballpark and subject to possible arrest. L LOST AND FOUND During an event, Lost and Found items may be turned in/claimed at our Guest Relations Centers located on the Main Concourse across from section 128 or on the Upper Concourse across from section 322. After each event or during non-event times, all items or claims should be reported to our Security Office at 602/462-6173. This is a voice-mail telephone line that will allow guests to leave any pertinent information regarding lost items, etc. This line will be checked daily to allow a prompt response. Due to the large volume of incoming calls, per day we are only able to return phone calls when we have located an item. P PATRIOTISM Respect for patriotism is very important to the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. The National Anthem will be played before the start of every game. All guests should face the flag, if possible, remove their caps and stand at attention. The same respect should be given to the Canadian Anthem whenever it is played. R RADIOS AND TELEVISION Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at the ballpark, providing they do not interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game. The Arizona Diamondbacks reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue the use of such devices. RE-ENTRY Guests may leave the ballpark at any time; however, specific doors at Gates A,F,J and K will be set up as ''re-entry'' gates. Guests requiring re-entry to the ballpark can do so only after having their ticket stub and hand stamped prior to exiting. Guests must re-enter the ballpark via the same gate they were stamped. RUN THE BASES After every Sunday home game, kids 3-15 years of age have the opportunity to ''Run The Bases.'' At the beginning of the 9th inning, kids and their families may line up on the east ramp across from section 111. Kids are allowed to ''Run The Bases'' one time and will rejoin their families before exiting the field at section 131. S SCOREBOARD MESSAGES You can wish someone a happy birthday or anniversary during a game and receive an 8x10-color photograph of your message as a keepsake. SECURITY/CROWD MANAGEMENT Bank One Ballpark security is managed in-house with a staff that provides professional protection for our guests, players and employees. It is staff 24 hours per day, 365 days a year and is equipped with closed-circuit television, door alarms and perimeter lighting. On game days, security is supplemented with staff from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and the City of Phoenix Police Department. SMOKING POLICY For the comfort of our guests, smoking at the ballpark is permitted in designated smoking areas only. These areas are: Main Concourse* *Outside of Gate A (North place) *Outside of Gate J (East) *Outside of Gate K (Northeast) *As these locations are outside the ballpark, you will need your ticket stub to re-enter. Smoking is not permitted in any of the seating areas, general concourses, suites or restrooms. T TRAINING CENTERS Arizona Diamondbacks Training Centers is the official youth baseball camp of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Training Centers consist of five days of big league instruction for young players, ages 7-14 from professional coaches, players and top baseball instructors, each hand-picked by the Diamondbacks organization. With a curriculum approved by the Arizona Diamondbacks, each Training Center is designed to match your age and skill level. We closely monitor student-to-instructor ratios so you'll get the best hands-on help learning the fundamentals of Hitting, Fielding, Throwing, Baserunning and Specific Position play.
