The Angels won the world series last year. The main reason they made it was because their pitchers steped up during the regular season. Pitchers such: as K-rod, Jerod Washburn, Ramon Ortiz, and Kevin Appier. They have always had a tough lineup with Troy Glaus and Tim Salmon. The main thing was that people stepped up like David Eckstein, Darin Erstad, and Garret Anderson. This year they could be in the race again. The Angels kept most of their players over the offseason. They will have to get on another hot streak. This team is young and should be together for a couple more years. They have good odds of making the playoffs in the smallest division in baseball
