This site has been constructed to link
those ancestors of
Thomas Dennis, a Colonial craftsman of some repute, that now reside in the
Western New York area. In 1826, Samuel Dennis and his brother, Moses
Dennis, Jr., both great-great grandsons of Thomas, moved from New
Hampshire into the wilds of Upstate New York.
While the Dennis clan has become
widespread, many have
remained in the area and surrounding counties. I hope that this site may
bring together family members and those interested in their family
history. For those looking for other branches of the family, I have
