Beginners: Most instrument require two hands. It may help to practice with one hand, first the right hand then the left hand. Then when you perfect each hand, try both hands. This advice is mostly for pianist.
Intermediate: Try to not look at your hands and focus on the music. Memorize your fingering too.
Advanced: When you are going higher on the keyboard in a song, try increasing the volume and speed of the song gradually. When you are going down on the keyboard in a song, try decreasing the volome and speed of the song.
