The Prospect nears it's end, as it barrels through the Ft. HamiltonPkwy/Park Circle entrance ramp twin overpasses. The speed limit abruptly declines from 45 to 30mph, in preparation for the transition at Church Ave. into Ocean Pkwy. The yellow barrels visible on the left, in front of the overpass on the northbound side, are the latest innovation to act as a buffer between cars and retaining walls. Unfortunately, a wayward car has to plow through an exit sign and lamppost to reach the barrels. The eclectic mix of apartment houses is typical of Ocean Pkwy. Shot in April 1998.
