| The Gowanus section of the BQE, rumbles through the Sunset Park neighborhood that it devastated, not just during it's construction, but through subsequent widening and deterioration. The Gowanus derives it's name from the creek that the highway will fly over, a couple of miles ahead. The orange barriers herald the coming of massive reconstruction, that will surely add to the endless bliss and brightness of life in Sunset Park.
