POTATO SALAD Potatoes- 1 per person 8 eggs- hard boiled 1 small onion small squirt Mustard medium pour Cider Vinegar Moderate pour Oil 1 Qt. Mayo Boil the potatoes, but not to soft. Cool, peel, and dice. Chop the eggs. Add to the potatoes. Add the mustard, vinegar, and oil. Add the mayo and mix well. Put in bowl and decorate with sliced hard boiled eggs amd sprinkles of parsley.
