MERINGUE SURPRISES 2 Egg whites 1 teaspoon Vanilla Dash Salt 1/2 C. Sugar 1 (6oz. package) Chocolate chips Food Coloring Combine egg whites, vanilla, and salt. Beat until stiff, then add sugar gradually, beating until stiff and satiny. Divide in half. Add a few drops red food coloring to one and green to the other. Add half package chocolate chips to each bowl of the egg whites. Blend well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 300 for 30 mins.
