COCOA MACAROONS 4 Egg Whites 2/3 C. Sugar 2 Tablespoons Flour 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla 4 C. Coconut Heat oven to 325. Grease and lightly flour cookie sheets. In medium bowl beat egg whites until frothy. Add sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, and vanilla; blend well. Stir in coconut. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2" apart on cookie sheets. Bake at 325 for 11-16 mins or until set. Cool 1-2 mins; remove from cookie sheets. Makes 2 1/2 doz. cookies
