CALIFORNIA CHICKEN 1# Boned, skinned Chicken Breast 1 Stick Margarine 1 Tsp Nutmeg or to taste 1C. Flour 1 Tsp Celery Salt or to taste 1/3 C. Soy Sauce 1 C. Pineapple Juice Dredge the chicken breasts thru a mixture of the flour, nutmeg, and celery salt coating well. Lightly brown the chicken in the margarine in a frying pan. Place the browned breasts in a shallow oven pan ie: 8x8. Mix the Soy Sauce and Pineapple juice and pour over the chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 mins. Serve rice with the chicken and put the sauce over the rice!!! Yummy!!
