Fudgy Amaretto Balls
2 Cups crushed chocolate graham crackers 1/4 Cup butter melted
1 Cup powdered sugar 1/4 Cup Amaretto
1/2 Cup chopped almonds multicolored sugar or powdered
sugar
In large bowl combine graham crackers, 1 cup powdered sugar, butter and amaretto until well mixed. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls, roll in sugar.
Place on waxed paper, cover, refrigerate 1 hour.
Store in fridge in covered container. (Taste gets better as cookies age)
Roll again in sugar just before serving.
