Veggie Pita
Mash an avocado with a fork and add a dash
of lemon juice. Open a pita shell and spread
the avocado mixture in it. Stuff it with
lettuce, sprouts, grated carrots, tomato
slices, cucmber slices, and provolone.
Yogurt Fruit Dip
1/4 cup peach or apricot preserves
1 cup plain yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
sliced fresh fruit
Combine preserves, yogurt, and cinnamon.
Mix well; chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve with fresh fruit.
