front approached Long Island late
Saturday, April 8th. As it got to New
Jersey, a secondary low developed over
North Carolina and raced north. Temps
had been around 60 on Saturday with wall
to wall sunshine and no clouds, but it
was windy. During the night, rain
started towards morning and temps
dropped. Early Sunday, there was light
rain that changed to snow around 9 AM.
While it snowed until 3:30 PM, it mostly
melted upon hitting the ground &
roadways.
Some snow did
