What is it? An incense burner/censer
What's it for? There are three types; one to hold stick incense, one to hold cone incense, and one to burn powdered incense. Incense burners often symbolize either Air or Fire.
How do I get one? Not too difficult to find (unless you live in the middle of Siberia).

What is it? Candles
What're they for? Candles are symbolic of the element Fire (duh) and are also used in candle magick (duh again). The colors of the candles are very important, as they correspond to different things.
Where do I get them? Fairly easy to find, since they don't have to be anything special. They can also be made with supplies from your local craft store.
What is it? Bowl of salt
What's it for? It represents Earth and is used with water for purification.
Where do I get it?You can easily buy salt at any grocery or health food store. Just be sure not to use table salt. Use sea salt or kosher salt instead.
What is it? Bowl of water
What's it for? Symbolic of the Element (you guessed it) Water. Paired with salt, for purification.
How do I get one? You have a brain, you figure it out.
What is it?Altar Pentacle
What's it for? Usually, it's a disk of metal, wood, or clay with a pentagram inside of a circle (pentacle) on it that is put in the center of your altar. You touch objects on it for consecration where your rituals call for it.
How do I get one? This takes work. There are people who drip wax on a piece of plate glass or durable plastic in the shape of a pentacle. If you're good with wood, carve one. Make one of clay. There are hundreds of possibilities; the choice is yours.
What is it? Goblet
What's it for? This thing is also of the element Water, and it holds wine (or grape juice, as the case may be) that will be consecrated for rituals.
How do I get one? This is pretty self explanatory, no?
What is it? Wand
What's it for? It's usually used for invoking the gods, but it can also be used to concentrate power, especially when casting circles and stuff. Why do you need to concentrate power? Simple. You need to concentrate power so you can easily direct it to where you want it to go.
How do I get one? A wand doesn't have to be anything more elaborate than a stick, but it does help if you have a quartz crystal on the end of it, to concentrate power. But, it's up to you; whatever pleases you the most will be your wand. Wanna use your lucky pencil? Go ahead!
