Intercession and Thanksgiving Rosaries
A ROSARY OF INTERCESSION
The Rosary may be prayed with special intention using the following formula
at the beginning of each decade:

mystery as an act of intercession for....
(Corporately) Let us offer our prayers and meditations during this mystery
as an act of intercession for....
The Joyful Mysteries
1. Those confused or uncertain about their vocations.
2. Our families
3. The poor of the world
4. All Bishops, Priests, Deacons
5. The aged
The Sorrowful Mysteries
1. The lonely
2. The sick and suffering
3. The President and all in authority
4. Those in despair or discouragement
5. Peace in the world
The Glorious Mysteries

2. All lapsed and indifferent Christians
3. The re-union of all Christians
4. An increase in devotion to the Blessed Virgin
5. Those who have no one to pray for them
This scheme of intercession is offered only as a model and anyone should
feel free to make up his own list of intentions.

as an act of thanksgiving for....
