In the Kouryou Kai, we like to stick to the idea of keeping the training simple, yet effective. Get the most from the least. Why do sit-ups every day and get little results when we can add a simple trick to pull-ups that tightens the abbs fast. This also goes for the combat methods.
Remember that the training is accumulative. In other words, it builds up. First you must form the foundation. Learn the basics of body movement before worrying about invisibility. Learn to cultivate Ki before getting into the hard body conditioning.
