About me
I was born on the 14th of February in London (UK) and
spent most of my life in Israel. My name is
Gideon and I served 3 years in
the Israeli Navy and was promoted to a first Sgt. rank.
I have traveled around the world and lived in several
places such as Israel,
Montreal (Quebec, Canada),
Kingston (ON, Canada) Ottawa (ON, Canada) and Carribean Islands.
I like to play V-Ball, soccer, sail, travel, workout,
and dance. I was very involved in the dancing clubs in Queen's university and I am currently a member of the Jive and Swing Clubs, Ballroom Dancing Club and the Salsa Club. I like to watch movies on my free time and surf the web. I am a very active person who believes that "variety is the spice of life".
I graduated from
Queen's University at Kingston (Ont., Canada)on June 2000, with a BSc Honours
in Cognitive Science. Cognitive Science is an interdisciplinary field of study that draws from such areas as Psychology, Computer Science, Philosophy, Linguistics and Neuroscience. The special concentration in Cognitive Science focuses on
the study of the underlying representations involved in intelligence and intelligent systems. For my thesis project I developed and implemented a Speech Synthasis for English and Hebrew using Java programming language.
I am currently working for ImageWare System Inc. as a Web developer and an Installshield Specialist.
