The first cosmetic modifications are shown here. A racing stripe, black head lamp covers, yellow driving lights, and a sunroof visor turn a stock Neon into a pretty nice looking car. It's also lowered, and engine mods make it quite fast. Trust me.
Next came a pair of body colored head lamp covers, as well as DODGE scripted across the windshield. Though these pictures don't show it, there is 35% tinting on all wondows, save the windshield.
