Here is Miss Sophie at about 2 months old enjoying her Graco Entertainer. Sophie chose this model over the others because it is colorful, has a very stable base (no rocking to scratch wood floors) and has lots of fun activities, including a mirror into which Sophie gazes at her beautiful image and sings to herself.
Here is Miss Sophie reciting one of her favorite passages from one of her most loved books, A Sophie Treasury. It isn't one of her favorite books only because it has a beautiful name, though it does. It has some very good stories about Sophie and her best friend Abigail (another wonderful coincidence). It is very well written, wonderfully illustrated and the characters are nicely developed.
Here's Miss Sophie on her Fisher Price Bouncy Chair. Miss Sophie lived on this vibrating chair when she was very little. It is supposed to give babies the feeling (or vibrations) of being in a car. Whenever Miss Sophie would get cranky (on that very rare occurence), she'd just sit in her bouncy chair and be her normal lovable self. In addition, it was also one of the only things that assisted Miss Sophie in getting some well deserved shut eye after having a long hard day of being so darn cute.
