This job involves complete technical support to anyone affliated to the university on questions regarding computers. This includes questions on programming, networking, setup information and a whole lot more.


2. CIT SWAT Computing Site Consultant (9/99 - 1/00)

This job involves supervision of an entire lab used by persons affliated to the university. It also includes troubleshooting networking problems that residents in the dorm have and tracking them for further reference.


3. Follett Campus Stores (University Bookstore) (12/98 - 2/99)

This job involved certain office skills like customer service for I was a store attendant.
