Tribute and Dedication Page to Fallen Greats!

AWF (Afterlife Wrestling Federation) Roster: The greats that have passed away are now at it in a new and bigger playing field... The Afterlife, be it Elysium or Tartarus or wherever other religions send ya after death... good luck and may the Gods be with them!!!

HAWK- Hawk from the Road Warriors... the Legion of Doom... it's definitely shocking and tragic... another unexpected death in sleep, just like many of them seem to be... Hawk and Animal were probably about my 2nd fav Tag Team of all time after Demolition, and I always stood up roaring when I heard that "Ooooohhh What a Rush!!!" that Hawk let out at the top of their theme music! I was always looking for their full time return to the WW(F), but unfortunately it did not happen... I am glad to have caught their last match against RVD and Kane... I just wish the WW(F) woulda held onto them after that... ah well... Hawk will live forever on this page and in my memory!

"MR. PERFECT" CURT HENNIG- Man, the Greats just keep on passin' don't they? Mr. Perfect debuted in the WWF about the time I started watching regularly... Always a bad guy, but I always loved him! Was a great wrestler, influenced me VERY much... I still use his towel toss-behind-the-back thing, and will continue! The wrestling world and all us here will Miss him greatly! I can't believe that Perfection is now extinct... nobody will ever be perfect like him again!

THE BRITISH BULLDOG DAVEY BOY SMITH- I grew up on this guy, as I did with so many other greats... the Bulldog was definitely one of mine and my bro's favorites! From his great feuds and matches with Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Owen Hart, and so many more... the Allied Powers with Luger... too many memories, and I will miss him a lot... the saddest thing about it all, is that he is the 3rd man in the last 5 years to fall from the Hart Foundation... all 5 rode to the top of the WWF back in '97... now only 2 survive sadly...

YOKOZUNA- I really don't believe that big Yoko is gone! Oh my god... I mean this guy was the last unstoppable giant in the world of Pro Wrestling! His 8 month title reign proved the magnitude of the Samoan's life and career! As with Owen, Brian, Rick, and many others, you loved to hate this guy... but that's what was so good about him! At only 34 he was far too young too leave us, but his serious weight problems ultimately led him to join his former tag team partner Owen up the Stairway to Heaven! Sumo wrestlers rule man! I miss ya Yoko... hopefully Rikishi'll do a good job representing ya down here!

GORILLA MONSOON- I wasn't alive to see Gorilla wrestle, but I've heard of his past and it's very impressive... I did though get to grow up with him being one of the prime commentators then the President of the WWF... I was there live when he had that famous scene backstage with Stone Cold after beating up Michaels in the ambulance... he was a very nice and respected man, and we will remember all his great times, from his relationship with Bobby Heenan all the way until he left the presidency... he was a great!!!

OWEN HART- The King of Harts, The Rocket, the Blue Blazer, The 2 Time Slammy Award Winner, the Blackheart... or whatever else you wanna call him, just remember to "say your prayers, take your vitamins, and drink your milk"... like the Blue Blazer would have wanted... we miss you Owen!

BRIAN PILLMAN- His death was such a shock to me... probably the first huge shocking death I ever had to deal with in my life... I will never forget the Loose Cannon, the Ticking Time Bomb, Flyin' Brian... any way ya look he was the man who was gonna "RAPE, PILLAGE, AND PLUNDER the entire World Wrestling Federation," even though he left too early, he definately left his mark, and we think of him every day!

"RAVISHING" RICK RUDE- The Ravishing one, while alive, was the "Sexiest Man Alive!" He paved to the careers of such wrestlers as DX and Val Venis! I grew up hating him for his feud with the Warrior, but he was also one of my favorites deep inside... We will always remember Rick and what he has done for the sport!

ANDRE THE GIANT- The Eighth Wonder of the World has been gone for a while, but still remains in our hearts, and will never be forgotten... he was a huge force in the ring, but outside of the squared circle he was just a gentle giant with a big heart... RIP Andre my friend!

HERCULES (HERNANDEZ)- Now I rememeber this dude swinging around that big chain like the real Hercules from way back in ancient Greece BC! Warrior-like in build, this guy was awesome! Never a huge star, always a mid-carder... but he was great... a great gimmick, and I always rooted for him! Hercules was so badass and it's so sad that he is now gone... too bad he never made a return after he left way back long ago... I miss him!

STU HART- Stu, the father of the legendary Hart family, seemingly a cursed family as of recent is another sad loss... he was a teacher and mentor to many of the stars that I respect today and the stories of his 'dungeon' will be told for generations to come! He lived a long and full life and will not be forgotten... tell Owen I said 'Hi' Stu...

MISS ELIZABETH- The 1st Lady of Wrestling... Macho Man's main squeeze for many years... she was much more quiet and reserved than the women of wrestling that have came since, and I have to respect that... she didn't go Ho'ing herself around like every "diva" has since... Elizabeth was the first, the best, the most classic! There will never be another as this world becomes more and more corrupt...

CLASSY FREDDIE BLASSIE- Although not from my time period of wrestling, he was still exposed a lot in his latter years on TV as one of the Greats, and always gave funny pep talks to the new guys... and just weeks before his passing told D-Von to "Get the Tables!!!" Classy and Classic! Freddie will definitely be missed!

KERRY VON ERICH- The Texas Tornado was one of the most physically fit, buff guys in wrestling ever... He will always be remembered for his charisma, energy, and persona... he won the IC Title in the WWF and it's sad to see a legend like this leave the world so early, we miss you!

BIG JOHN STUDD- This big man, had a legendary feud with the late Andre the Giant, and nobody can forget their "Bodyslam match" at Wrestlemania!!! He was my favorite wrestler at the time, he was the man! Studd was a great and will never be forgotten, and always missed!

LOUIE SPICOLLI- Personally I remember this guy only from his days as Rad Radford in the WWF... and left a big impression on me... he had a "Grunge" look, and I was into that kind of music, and his skits with the Bodydonnas were really funny, I will always remember Louie!!!

THE JUNKYARD DOG- JYD was an inspiration to many of us, and he had one of the most memorable personalities in wrestling history... I always was a huge fan, and wish he stuck around longer... we will always remember the Dog and all the good times!

ROCCO ROCK- "Flyboy" was part of a great all-time wrestling Tag Team, Public Enemy... himself along with his partner Johnny Grunge smashed people through tables all through ECW and WCW! And it pisses me off that the WWF treated them so poorly and got rid of them so fast when they had them... they didn't know what they were missing! Wish I got to see more of Rocco! He is definitely missed!

THE RENEGADE- Being labeled an Ultimate Warrior wannabee, this man won the US Title in WCW and soon changed his gimmick to his own style! I never really saw him wrestle, but I know he died too young and I really wish I could've seen him make someone out of himself!

DINO BRAVO- I remember this guy from way back around Wrestlemania 5! He was supposedly the World's Strongest Man... I'm pretty sure I remember his push-up challenge where he brought in Earthquake to sit on him as he did push-ups, then the Warrior came down to do the same, but Bravo and Earthquake punked him out... Bravo was a great wrestler of his time... I'm pretty sure he was shot, which is really sad...

TERRY GORDY- 'Bam Bam' Terry Gordy had a great career... he wrestled in WCW, ECW, WWF, Japan, and many other places... I personally remember him as the Executioner in a short-lived gimmick in the WWF, helping the Undertaker... but I had also seen a couple of his ECW matches too... He was one of the original Freebirds with Michael P.S. Hayes, and I wish I got to see more... he'll be sorely missed...

"ADORABLE" ADRIAN ADONIS- This controversial wrestler has paved the way to such wrestlers as Goldust and the Blue Meanie!!! He will be remembered!

LOU THESZ- Lou Thesz was a Legend in the wrestling business! He was definitely an all-time great... obviously he was way before my time, but I have seen some footage of him recently, making me realize how great he really was... not to mention that he is the inspiration for Steve Austin's awesome Lou Thesz Press! Lou's Legacy will live on!

BIG DICK DUDLEY- I have never gotten the chance to see Big Dick Dudley in action unfortunately, but having gotten into ECW so much during it's last couple years, I'd heard stories about him... and being part of the Dudley family in ECW made him part of a legacy... I am not exactly sure how he passed away, but anyway, he won't be forgotten...

BOBBY DUNCAM JR.- I never watch WCW, so I know practically nothing about this guy... but I do remember turning over and seeing Bobby a couple times, and he really reminds me a lot of the rough-neck Bradshaw, or the Widowmaker from the older WWF days... this guy definitely had a lot of potential and should not have left so early... he did not accomplish anywhere near as he could have...

EDDIE GILBERT- I know not much about Eddie "Hot Stuff" Gilbert, but I do know that for years he helped shape the Independent wrestling scene while WWF and WCW were on top... he is one of the key factors that led to the hardcore wrestling scene recently... I wish I had got to see him in action, maybe someday I will, but for now, let him wrestle on in our memories... and in the HWF!

GORDON SOLIE- An Indy announcer, never actually heard his commentery, but he is supposedly one of the most influential and respected commentators of all-time in wrestling, paved the way for Good Ol' JR! He'll be missed by many...

GARY ALBRIGHT- I have no chance at all to see any Indy feds in action, but from what I hear, Gary was a great wrestler, and just the fact that he died in the ring adds to the tragedy and saddens me so much to just think about it... I wish all his friends and family the best... it should not have ever happened...
