5/19/02... Sorry for not updating a few days back when Mr. Ex and Splooge talked with EWA owner Wolfman X about their careers there... but check out his page for more details... Ex was hilarious, and Splooge got an arse-beating! Anyways, today the PXW had it's 15th Show, and what a show it was!!! It was dubbed the Cabin Farewell tour, since the Cabin that Lumberjack owned, and had a history of many parties was recently sold (the Cabin that "EWA Cabin Frenzy" took place at)... so in honor of all the good times there, the PXW guys went to throw one final bash! Psykadelik showed up, not talking much, Psycohol walked all the way there from town, just to be there, the Psycho Xtreme Champ Lumberjack showed up, bathing in hay or something! Psyc confronted LJ about a PX Title Match, where winner gets a shot at Psykadelik's World Title... LJ accepted and the match was on! And the guys had to be careful where they wrestled, because a pack of about 5 or so little baby field mice were running rampant around the main entrancve area, and nobody wanted to hurt them! So the 1st Match was Lumberjack vs. Psycohol, which in my opinion should have been the Main Event! Why you ask? Because it was the MOST INSANE, out of control, all-over-the-place match I have ever witnessed in my entire life! It was much more than a Pier 6 Brawl! Every object imaginable at this venue was used in the match! It started off with some brawling around the main cabin area... many weapons in use, from the keyboard to big boards and couches! Psyco hit a good Acid Drop on LJ! And Psyc apparently pulled his neck early, which affected him the rest of the match! They soon began to wander away from the cabin! LJ tied Psyco up in some high-voltage wire hanging from a tree... no voltage on obviously... Psyc escaped and made a stop at the falling-in house, to grab some metal objects off the porch to whale Lumberjack with! And then the match gets crazy... the two head into the old beaten-down "Chalet" Restaurant... yes the same one Mr. Ex and Natas fought through... but in this case, Psyc and LJ didn't just breeze through, they used every obnject they could find to inflict more pain on each other! They watched for broken glass until they stumbled into the kitchen area! In there, they bounced each other off ovens and shelves, and sinks, using kitchen utensils! Psyco got a painting or something busted over his head, they were throwing ceiling tile at each other! Psyc attempted to hide in some metal cabinet, and when LJ passed him by, Psyc scaled it, with a Flying axe handle... they soon worked their way out under a pavilion, and used some huge metal scraps to do some more damage! Lumberjack then threw Psyc over a wooden rail, and they brawled out into a field! They came back towards the pavilion, where Psyco tripped LJ, face-first into a picnic table! Looked terrible! And he actually pulled his shoulder out when it happened, LJ was in pain! LJ fought back though, knocking Psyco into a Tree Stump, busting the stump into thousands of pieces! They began working their way back towards the cabin, with much more brawling, when Psyco finally hit his Moonsault! But it wasn't enough, he wanted one more! But LJ got the knees up, and the ref Psyk motioned for LJ to get Psyc... and that he did, as he proceeded to Powerbomb Psycohol hard through a huge wooden board set up among some tree stumps! Psyk helped by pushing on the shoulders of Psyc... it was an awesome Powerbomb! Anyways, LJ took the cover and pinned Psycohol for the 1st time in his career! And got himself a World Title shot! I know Psyk helped a little at the end, but I think that LJ would have won anyways after that Powerbomb! Ok, done with the "Main Event," hehe... next in an intermissionary match, so LJ could rest a bit, the Janitor faced Mr. Execution! The Janitor however seemed to be under the influence, as he staggered his way out, with a huge empty bottle of whiskey in his hand... Ex then came out dancing and singing as usual, happy he was, because he knew not what was to come... right before they started, Janitor found a full undrinken beer can in the grass, probably left from one of the last few parties at the cabin... he popped the top and began drinking away, getting drunker! Meanwhile Ex grabbed a tiki torch and began to hit Janitor with it! But as he did, he caught his thumb in a crack, and pinched it, opening a huge cut! Janitor found another full beer can, and began drinking more! Ex was bleeding quite profusely at this time... the two brawled a bit, Ex knocked Janitor through a piece of siding, and eventually hit his Piledriver for a hurried win, and in an uncalled for comment, Ex proclaimed to have AIDS, but said he was just kidding... very uncalled for and inaproppriate in my opinion! Anyways, he left quickly so he could get some medical attention... the blood was gushing! Anyways in the final match of the day, Psykadelik was to defend his Title against the injured Lumberjack! LJ's shoulder was still killing him! But it wasn't really Psykadelik who he was facing... but the Psykster! Apparently Delik has gone thru some serious head trauma since the last show and now believes that he is Hulk Hogan or something! He came out and ripped his shirt for his Psykamaniacs... anyways, it was a decent match, but kind of short... only because of LJ's shoulder injury! Psyk worked on the shoulder good, and eventually took the win with a Big Boot and Legdrop... Hogan's winning combo! Psyk may be out of his mind, but he's still the champ! And LJ is still Psycho Xtreme Champ, and there's no shame in that... so it was a good show, with a truly revolutionary match, that will not be outdone anytime soon, and if it is copied, it will seem to be just that... a copy... I mean we had some crazy matches before, going around Chenango County, and around town... but not that this was better, but just more chaotic and random, and crazy in my opinion than any of them! Anyways, check for an EWA Show tomorrow in Oneonta with WMX and his boys... and Psycohol should be there too, despite the injury's he suffers from today.. will they affect him any? We'll see!
5/21/02... First off, I would like to say Rest in Peace to the British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith... he apparently died the other day, possibly of a heart attack at the age of 39... he was definitely a major influence though my childhood watching wrestling... always one of my favorites, and we will all miss him dearly... that's 3 members of the Hart Foundation taken by death since '97... 2 left, lets hope there are no more... so from the PXW, EWA, and WWF, we all bow our heads in silence for Davey....... now onto the return of the EWA that happened yesterday over in Wolfman X's hometown... Psycohol's 2nd Show in a row... he was quite worn out with a stiff neck and many bruises, coming into this after the brutal battle with Lumberjack, but that didn't stop him! WMX and Psyc opened the show, and announced the IC Title Gauntlet coming up... and the 1st 2 names drawn to compete were by surprise the two that were supposed to be new-found friends, the Disruptor and Face! After some Kendo Stick and Headbutting action, the veteran Face took the win... next name drawn... a mystery man? Ninja came out and introduced his friend Suicide! Basically a bigger version of him, dressed in all gray sweatpants and sweatshirt! He was excited for a win, but Face kicked his arse and moved on... next was Mr. Execution! The old rivalry back once again! Mr. Ex and Face had a good match, possibly the best of the whole Gauntlet! Face hit his Double-handed Choketoss and Tuck Piledriver... Ex got his Shake, Rattle n Roll in... in the end, Execution finished Face with his Piledriver to move on! Then came Fenix, the martial artist with a striking resemblence to Street Fighter 2's Ryu! Everything Ex seemed to throw at him, didn't have any affect! His years of discipline in martial arts obviously gave him a high threshold of pain... but Ex soon got him down and beat on him... then after Fenix hit a couple martial arts strikes, WMX told Fenix to do some of the moves he had been taught on Ex! So Fenix hit some unorthodox-looking Powerbombs, Tilt-o-whirls, and other random dangerous things! Ex looked surely to be out of it, but hit the Piledriver... and Fenix kicked out! But Ex wouldn't stop and finally hit his new Flipover Neckbreaker for the win! Next came friendly Wal*Mart Joe! Both men brawled a bit, but Mr. Ex was obviously dying from exhaustion after the last 2 matches, and Wal*mart took advantage of this, and finished the vet, Mr. Ex with a Layaway onto a chair set on Ex... Wal*mart moved on to face Splooge I believe... Splooge went down quite quick, no problem there... then Joe's ex-Manager Bob came out to confront him, and said he had to come back to the Amityville Wal*Mart! Sometime in here, maybe a match before or after, Psycohol came out to say what a joke this gauntlet was, and how they all sucked... then some music hit the PA, and out walked a mysterious figure... he confronted Psycohol, claiming to go by the name of Jacob Cross! He was basically Psyco's size, maybe even smaller, and claimed to be the better man... Psyc mocked him a bit, but received a Handstand Frankensteiner for it... also a Tornado DDT and a couple other moves... Psyc got in his Impaler, and soon Wolfman X came out to easily Gorilla Press the new guy! They sopon let him up, and WMX proposed that Jacob could participate in the Main Event later on... so it was on! Anyways, back to the Gauntlet, Wal*Mart Joe had to face his ex-Manager Bob next... it was brutal, between these two aquaintances, but in the end, Joe hooked on the Scissorlift Camel Cluth Hold, and won by Tapout! He wouldn't let go, so Psyco and the boys ran out to make him release the hold! Jacob Cross got a cheapshot in on Psyco in the meantime! In the final match of the Gauntlet, to see who would be the new EWA IC Champ, it was Joe vs. the Ninja! In the fastest thing I've seen in awhile, the Ninja just ran out screaming, received a Clothesline and a Layaway and was pinned! Walmart Joe is your new Intercontinental Champion! In the Main Event, it was a 5-Man RAW Bowl style match for the EWA World Title... between champ Psycohol and challengers Walmart Joe, Fenix, the Disruptor, and now Jacob Cross! 2 men in at a time, first to pin wins the match and Title! So it started with Psycohol and Cross! The two showed their skills, and demonstrated that they were the most honed in wrestling skill! Soon Fenix was tagged in and Disruptor, and eventually Joe, and so on, and so on... near the end, it was basically chaos, with all the men brawling about, Cross and Psycohol, even WMX was into it, helpoing Fenix, and beating on Disruptor and stuff... but in a stroke of luck, Psyco managed to hit his Standing Moonsault on Fenix, and WMX made the ultra-fast 123 pinfall for Psycohol to retain the title! After the match, Cross and Disruptor attacked, but were soon beaten down by the DOE by the shows end... anyways, Psyco hurt his ankle here somewhat, and still suffers the pain from the LJ match... and this Thursday, he's booked in the next WWF Show to defend his World Title against unknown competitor(s)! And yes, he will be there, through his heavy schedule and all! So anyways, check for the new EWA Roster pics soon, and probably later tonight I'll get a British Bulldog up as tribute... seeya soon...
5/23/02... Third show in a week for Psyc and Ex today... all in different Feds... this time it was WWF's Hostile Intentions! Smokes and Roadbeers came out to open the show, and announce the matches... the 1st match was to be Ninjarette vs. Skullface, with Psycohol as the ref... seemingly stacked for Ninja to win... the match was nothing spectacular, but a future classic moment it was, when three little kids ran in out of nowhere to kick and punch and beat on the WWF Champion Psycohol, as he ran away! They beat on the Ninja a little too... and Psyc attempted to help Ninjarette get the win, but the kids wouldn't let him, and after a few weapon shots, the Ninja basically took the match on his own, as Psyc ran in to make the pinfall before the kids attacked again! Next up was Mr. Pumpkinhead vs. Mr. Splooge... special ref Lumberjack from the PXW! They opened the match with a synchronized dance routine, and then Pumpkin began to pretend to be Splooge's "ex", Ms. Splooge's sister! Splooge bought into it and tried to ask "her" out... but Pumpkinhead snuck in a few moves, and Splooge figured it out, and tried the Worm, and missed the chop... Lumberjack gave Splooge a Treetop for unknown reasons, and Pumpkinhead eventually took the win with the Pumpkin Smash! Natas then came out and challenged fellow New Breeder Drakon to a match for a shot at Psyc's Title! And demanded Psycohol as an unbiased ref... Drake came out, and they began to plot against Psyco it looked, but as they were about to pounce, Natas jumped Drake and began to beat him down! Natas dominated a lot of the match, kids were running around in the back... and in a shocking turn of events, after Drake hit his Inverted Tombstone, Psycohol dropkicked him and beat him down, giving Natas time to give him a Stunner... and then followed by a Psyco Backflip for good measure! Psyc and Natas then raised their arms together, apparently having formed a new Alliance?! They have never been friends ever! This is news! Natas said Drake could take the title shot at the next show... and as he walked off camera, Natas whispered, "Surprise..." Mr. Execution then got his shot at Psycohol's WWF World Title! Ex was quite weird today, apparently having forgotten his locker key, so he had an array of different wardrobes, from Ninja's shirt, to Skullface's pants, to Psyco's old bandana! Ex was quite laxadazical today as Psyco mostly controlled the fight... not the most impressive match, but not bad... Lumberjack ran in and Double DDT'd the 2, followed by a huge Handstand Legsmasher on Ex, and a Treetop on Psyc! The apparent reason he attacked all the PXW guys today, is because he was sick of seeing them running around in other feds... and wanted them to stay in the PXW only! Anyways, the match continued... a nice Van Damminator by Psyc, and soon Ex went for his Piledriver, but was low blowed, and received a Frog Splash from way up, which was unfortunately cut from camera view (>=( ugh)... then the Standing Moonsault for the pinfall and successful title defense! So the New Breed is over? Psyc and Natas on a team?! What about Smokes n Roadbeers? Watch this Sunday to find what all this leads to, when the WWF returns to the yard!
5/26/02... Well early this morning, the EWA held it's 49th show! Not a big one, but decent... actually it started last night on the 25th... Psyco, Wolfman and Shortcakes arrived, inside WMX's house, announced the show, and began to play cards... soon, Wal*Mart Joe walked in and began playing with them... next was Fenix, followed by some drunk guy who calls himself the White Devil... Fenix joined in cards as White Devil watched on and drank some beer... expecting Disruptor, the guys were surprised when Suicide showed up instead... but after he pushed Wal*Mart Joe, it was on, and moving the fight outside, EWA had it's first ever night-time wrestling match! So in WMX's new backyard, Joe basically destroyed Suicide, taking the win! After the match Joe hit a self-destructive move, leveling both him and Suicide... and then the guys went in for the night... the next morning, as the show was about to start, Suicide was surprisingly still laying out in the yard, apparently he had been all nite since the beating by WMJ! Psyco was scheduled to fight him, and Suicide seemed to be getting to his feet as Psyc clocked him with a metal tray, hit a few ground moves, and pinned him with the Backflip Splash! Disruptor was then set to fight Mr. Splooge! Splooge was goofy as usual, and threatening to tell on Disruptor to his mom, but it was to no avail, as Disruptor crushed him, and took his 1st EWA win! Next, the drunken White Devil debuted against the Ninja... and in a really short match, he finished Ninja with a Legdrop and won the match! In the final match of the morning, Psycohol fought Disruptor, defending the EWA World Championship! Disruptor took an early advantage, but Psyco dominated in the 2nd half of the match, and finished it with a Standing moonsault, shortly followed by a Frog Splash to retain his title! Not the greatest show, but obviously they are saving all their energy for Show #50, which should take place next Monday, June 3rd! As for the WWF, they were to hold a show today also around 1pm, but that fell through, as once again the guys were afraid to wrestle in wet grass... and also the fact that a cameraperson was needed... so the show is rescheduled for Thursday... and look for maybe one more show after that, until it is thrown into temporary hiatus, due to Psycohol's departure from the area... full report on that departure soon, for it is less than 2 weeks away... til then...
6/2/02... Obviously there was no WWF Show this past Thursday as I mentioned there would be... apparently Natas' mom was in the hospital and he couldn't make it... we all wish the best for her, and hopes she gets better... now onto the news of Psycohol's departure from the Backyard Wrestling world... as I have stated before, Psycohol is moving away and will not be able to participate in the WWF, PXW, or EWA for the first time since they've started years back! This Friday, June 7th, Psycohol is packing up his bags and moving downstate towards NYC... it is just for the summer, but as you all know, that is high season for the BY Wrestling here... so you ask, will Psyco be back after the summer? Well he just may not... his plan as of now, is to go downstate and work with a friend for the summer, then in Fall, either move back up here or follow his dream and attend a Pro Wrestling School in New Jersey! East Coast Professional Wrestling (ECPW)... so if he does this, it may not be long until he's wrestling in the Pro's, but we'll see... he's first got to find an apartment and job in Jersey before he goes to the school... and as a matter of fact, I Richard Head am moving along with him, as well as a few of Psyc's ol' PXW buddies, Mr. Execution and Mr. Splooge... well they're planned to, but who knows, they may stick around... so actually it is looking like a triple semi-retirement, as 3 of the biggest yard-stars around here are leaving... but I wouldn't call it a complete retirement, because Psyco has proclaimed that if he stops back up here once or twice this summer, he may be willing to make it to a show or two and wrestle... and heck, if he doesn't make it to wrestling school as soon as he plans, he'll be back in the Fall to probably wrestle... along with Ex and Splooge... we'll be carpooling it together, should be an interesting trip I'd say... and oh yah, I'm sorry to announce this, but since I'm going too, there will most likely be very little News updates on this page for awhile, since the place we are moving has slow connections, and phone lines to tie up the cpu... so if I can squeeze in some time, I'll throw in a little update of how we're doing, but in general there will be significantly less, so check in on Natas' WWF site or WMX's EWA site for up-to-date news! So what effect will these 3 departures have on the backyard scene? PXW... likely no shows until they return.... WWF, I'd like to see some more shows, but without these 3, the roster is quite limited, and most likely, will wait for Psyco and Co. to return to have another show... EWA, with a fresh new roster, they ain't gonna stop... watch for them to be the standout premier wrestling league around these parts this summer! So we'll see... big EWA 50th Show tomorrow! Returns, surprises, and Hardcore stunts are rumored! BE THERE!!! And WWF should have one more, maybe Wed. or Thurs., then me, Psyc, Splooge, and Ex will be gone, I will give you a final report then..... seeya! **UPDATE** Ok, surprisingly the PXW got together today to put on it's final show before Psycohol leaves town... PXW's Final Shodown! Before the show, Splooge was surprisingly attacked by some girl... he challenged her to a match then, and it was on! The girl, now known as Blonde Devil Girl pummeled Splooge with an intense barrage of girly punches and kicks, in which Splooge took much pain in for some reason! After beating on him a while, she hit 2 Twist of Fate-Stunners for the win! And she marks the first ever girl to wrestle a PXW Match! Next, Mr. Execution took on Psykadelik, or should I say the Psykster... in a PXW World Title Match... it was a decent match, with the Psykster dominating most of it, but in a fluke surprise, Psyk let the Hulkster-like gimmick get to him, and missed the Legdrop, succumbing to Ex's Piledriver, and Flipping Neckbreaker! Ex took the upset win, and the PXW Title for the 3rd time in his career! In a much bigger surprise, the Commish granted Splooge a Title shot immediately following, and as Ex celebrated his Title win, Splooge got the ref, Mr. Regular Everyday Man to give Mr. Ex a Caber Toss, allowing Splooge to take a cheap cover and pin Mr. Execution!!! Mr. Splooge had won his first Major Title of any sorts, and a World Title at that! Not to mention his first win ever in the PXW!!! History was made, but the Commish did let Splooge know that Psykster was getting a rematch later... Psycohol had still not shown up for the show, would he? Next, Mr. Regular Everyday Man took on the mentally slow Janitor! In a funny match, Everyday Man took the win after a Caber Toss on the Janitor... After the match, as Everyday Man argued with the ref, Mr. Execution, Psycohol snuck up behind and nailed Everyday with a tray! He beat him down for a second, then gave him the Standing Moonsault and pinned him to win this unscheduled match! He wanted Delik next! Next was Splooge defending his new Title against former-champ, Psykadelik! In a Suicide-like, or should I say Ninja-like maneuver, Splooge ran straight into Psykster's Big Boot, and received a Super Legdrop, allowing Psykster to win back the PXW Title, the 3rd change in the show! Psycohol then talked, explaining this may possibly be his last PXW Show for awhile, and wanted to face Psyk one last time in a non-title match! So it was on! But it was no longer the Psykster, it was Psykadelik back in old form! Oh yeah! And Psyc came out to his original music, "Gave Up" by NIN! They had a good match, with Psyk being slammed through a piece of plywood, Psyc being flipped into some boxes, and eventually at the end, both men simutaneously falling off the swingset thru 2 boxes, for the 10 count draw! A good match to finish off the PXW! But never say never, the PXW may one day return! Tomorrow... destination old EWA Arena!
6/4/02... Well yesterday(6/3) was EWA's big 50th Show, Extreme Anniversary! Even though it didn't go quite as planned, it was still an exciting show, with 15 or so wrestlers on hand, along with spectators, making it the most populated show around here ever (I think)! The show opened with Disruptor dressed in Wolfman X's clothes come out and try to fire Splooge and Ninja! Splooge and Ninja came out, almost believing he was WMX, and got their arses kicked! WMX and Psyc, the DOE then came out and challenged Disruptor to a Main Event Match between them two vs, him and 3 partners of choice... and I think in here, is when "Notorious" Jevon Hill made a big return, threatening WMX... Psyc had to break the two up! Now I'm not exactly sure of the order of the matches, or even if I'll remember them all, but I'll do my best... 1st I believe was the Triple Jobber Match between Splooge, Ninja, and Suicide! Splooge and Ninja did some funny dancing around at the beginning, but as the match started, Ninja and Suicide, cousins, teamed up, double clotheslining Mr. Splooge! Ninja took the cover and won! Suicide then used his cheesy finisher, but was attacked by Notorious Jevon! Jevon also laid out the Ninja, and after he left, Suicide took a weak cover for the 1,2,3 victory! Mr. Splooge then got up and decided to have a Gauntlet against EWA's best Superstars right there! Fisrt he challenged the ref, Shortcakes, who came out with WMX's lil sister and beat him down! A Shortcake Stunner and Splooge was pinned! Next Splooge challenged Fenix to a Karate match... Splooge showed his skills in some nice katas, but Fenix hit a spinning elbow to easily win... but Splooge wasn't done, he challenged White Devil next, who came out, kicked his arse and won with the legdrop... Splooge then said he was moving on to easier opponents, and asked for Drixon Webb, who was a returning star, and basically pummeled Splooge with a huge Suplex, and a weapon-legdrop onto Splooge's face for the win! As he laid there, Splooge called for one more.... Kamilian... but was he there? Oh yes he was, he wasted no time hooking on the Camel Clutch, stretching Splooge into oblivion, making him tap out! Commish Squires then walked out and publicly fired Splooge, for all these years of complete sucking! Splooge gone from the EWA?! What will they do without him?! All was still going good, and then this is where the show went wrong! IC Champ Wal*Mart Joe was to fight Mr. Execution in a non-title match.... first problem... Mr. Ex couldn't find his mask (Hey I thought that was a tattoo!)!!! So he had to substitute is with A Mexican Luchadore mask of Hijo de Santos! He was obviously not himself, and quite embarassed as he entered, knowing that everyone was looking at his new stupid mask... he just wasn't the normal carefree Mr. Execution... then after WMJ gave Ex some early beating, making this a very promising match, he went for the Death Valley Driver! It was a very good DVD, except when Mr. Ex hit the ground, he landed straight on top of Joe's thumb, crunching it really bad! Joe immediately rose and said he could not continue... his thumb was broken! The match was stopped, and there's no shame in that, things like this happen! Word has it now that his thumb may have only been dislocated, but once we get official word on it, you'll be updated! So Wal*Mart was taken to the hospital and taken care of, and the show had to go on... its a strong rumor that Wal*Mart is done with wrestling forever... he seems to have realized the dangers, and may not be up for a return, but we all wish him a speedy recovery... anyways, as Ex stood there confused, Commish Squires came out again, and fired Mr. Ex for being the cause of the broken thumb! Ex was pissed and beat on Manager Bob, who happened to be around, but then received a goodbye Gorilla Press Slam from WMX! Splooge and Ex both fired in the same show?! Unbelievable! Two big men then fought, as Disruptor demolished Suicide in a squash of a match! Up next was Manager Bob vs. Fenix... after a decent fight, Fenix took the win... Psycohol was then to defend his EWA World Championship against Face! They had a good match, but Psycohol kept his streak going, as he beat Face with his Backflip Splash! Then WMX came out, and Psyco proclaimed that he was retiring from the EWA forever, due to his moving downstate... and decided to give up his belt! WMX then had an idea, that since he hated Disruptor so much, that the first person that could pin him would be the new EWA Champion! WMX along with Shortcakes then went up to the Hospital to check in with Wal*Mart Joe, as Disruptor confronted Psycohol about this idea... suddenly people began to try to beat him... first Kamilian came out and brawled with him... then White Devil... then Drixon... eventually Fenix near the end... but it was a huge brawl, that went on for awhile, Psyco acted as the ref... everyone wanted to beat Disruptor and win that belt! At one point, Disruptor hit Drixon in the hand with his Kendo stick, and yet another broken finger... Drix's middle finger was apparently now broken! Eventually Disruptor finally ran away, saving anyone from winning the vacant EWA Title! Then once WMX returned the Main Event was on! But unexpectadely, after a whole show of arguing, WMX and Psyco announced Notorious Jevon Hill to be their partner instead of enemy! Return of the Titans! So instead of fighting 4 guys, it was now only 3, since WMJ was injured... White Devil, Fenix, and Disruptor against the DOE/Titans combo! It was a tag-in kinda match, and was quite good... Notorious took the first win over White Devil... then Disruptor soon got knocked off the roof of the garage into flaming boxes! A tough time getting the fire out, but aww well! WMX then leaped from the garage too, hitting Disruptor... soon Fenix was in, and began getting hit from every angle by the DOE! Psyco finished him with a big Frog Splash from the steps, and pinned him! All Disruptor now! All 3 of his opponents beat on him unmercifully! Even former EWA Superstar Drakon stepped in for a minute to beat down Disruptor! After a nice Chokeslam, and an amazing Powerbomb by WMX on the huge Disruptor, Psyc hit a quick Backflip, and WMX took the cover to win the match, and to win his 7th EWA World Title! The owner with the World Title?! What does this mean?! Isn't he retired? Will he give it up at the next show, or wrestle with it? We'll see then... but the question is will there be another show now that Psyco, Splooge, and Ex are gone... now that WMJ is considering early retirement? The EWA may be no more... I guess we'll have to wait and see... so anyways, Psycohol's got one more show before he leaves, it should be this Thursday with the WWF... so we'll wait and see what happens! I'll keep you posted!
6/5/02... First, before the more important news, a few pre-taped clips were added into EWA Show #50... There was a Wolfman's Lair (like Brother Love Show) with WalMart Joe, and clips from Drake's and WMX's Niagra Falls brawl, and a short and terrible match (hehe, sorry gals) between Shortcakes and a newcomer Sarah... but anyways, onto new stuff... The official word on Wal*Mart Joe, is now that he dislocated his thumb on that move he gave Mr. Execution yesterday... it took them over an hour to pop it back in place, and thank god it wasn't broken.... but nevertheless Joe has unfortunately called it quits from the Backyard wrestling scene, and now because of his quitting, along with Ex's and Splooge's firings, and Psyco's retirement, the EWA apparently is no more! WMX announced that the EWA as of now is over and cannot continue with the limited roster it has left... what a way to end it with that crazy 50th show though! And yes, Mr. Ex found his mask... Janitor had stolen it, but it's back in the right hands... anyways, don't count out the possibility of Fenix, Disruptor, White Devil and some of the other guys from wrestling... WMX said there would be no EWA, but they could always start their own Fed if they want to... we'll see... so with the EWA's demise, PXW's most likely hiatus, and WWF's probable hiatus, what will the summer hold for wrestling around here? Nothing probably... is Psycohol at the root of all these simultaneous endings? Seems like it, his departure affects all 3 of them... if he stayed they all would most likely continue... but unfortunately he seems to be screwing them all... ah well, hopefully he'll be back for a show or two later this summer... and his final show before he leaves is scheduled for tomorrow where he'll try to keep a hold of his WWF World Title... hopefully rain and storms won't ruin his last chance to wrestle... wait and see tomorrow when I give my final report, before my departure...
6/6/02... And for my Final Report before signing off and moving towards NYC with Psycohol, here we go... the WWF was scheduled to have it's final show with Psyc today... but whaddya know, for like the 3rd week in a row, Natas and Drake cancel out on Psyco... so he doesn't get one final show like he planned... and we have to also bear the fact that the last time we saw, he was in a gay mask, and we won't be able to see the real him again for quite awhile possibly... anyways, the two reasons were this... 1) Nat and Drake couldn't wrestle as early as Psyco wanted, since he had to pack to move, as well as did I... and 2) because for the 856th time this year, it was raining on the Thusday that the WWF show was planned! Damn you Mother nature! Damn you to Hell!!! Ok, so no final show... the EWA50 was the end of Backyard Wrestling around here for awhile..... or is it? The EWA is Dead! The PXW is dormant... but the WWF, without their World Champion... there is a slight possibility of a small show maybe surfacing sometime without the Psyco... but that means Psycohol leaves the area as World Wrestling Federation Champion! And now has bragging rights wherever he goes, oh yes! So yes, I've been running this site up-to-date for almost 3 years now (3 days more to be exact), and now the reports shall be much less frequent, and less news to report on anyways... at least until after summer, when maybe we can get back in gear and back to a good cpu... so.... it's been fun, and it ain't over by a longshot... I'm not leaving this website ever... I will update when I get time, if there's something to update about, and I hope that somebody continues to wrestle around here... so wish me, Psyc, Splooge, and Ex luck on getting downstate ok... Psyco's driving, so I'm a bit worried! 6/21/02... Yo wassup! We're back for the weekend, Psycohol's Birthday is tomorrow! And obviously our cpu access is very difficult down where we're staying, so there haven't been any reports, nor will there be once we get back... anyways, I come back and check WMX's and Natas' pages, and what do I find....?! Nothing! Natas hasn't Updated since May, WMX for a little while too... a lot of nothing going on! Well that sucks, oh well... so anyways I was just checking in since I was back... and I'll update again next time I get up here... Happy BDay Psyc!
7/6/02... Well back for my HS 5-Year Reunion... anyways, looks like Natas' WWF site is down... I believe the 3rd site ran by Natas to have been scrapped now... does this mean that the 20+ Year span of the WWF has finally come to an end? Natas giving up on it? Well probably... sucks, but at least it had a good run... and the last WWF Champ was Psycohol?! CraaAaaAazy!!! Anyways, it ain't confirmed that WWF is over yet, so don't take this as gospel or nothin'... so what else? Oh yeah, Psycohol is still unsuccessful at finding a job, no surprise... he sucks more than anyone I know at getting any simple job anywhere, always has, always will... Wolfman X is probably chillin' in O-Town with Shorty... Drake probly chillin' and drinkin' some booze... Natas' whereabouts are unknown to all... Execution has gone missing, rumor has it he's headed towards Harlem... Splooge meanwhile took a bus to Chinatown a week ago and never came back... me and Psyc playing basketball, soccer, and frisbee to keep in shape... Psyc whoops me everytime... aaahhh, nothing else, g'nite!
7/17/02... Well it seems to me that once again all my pictures are down!!! Well that sucks, I got like 100's or 1000's of em... so I'm gonna wait a little to see if they come back up, because it seems to be a temporary problem with the Bandwidth whatever the heck that is... and I'll try to put them all in subdirectories and stuff to hopefully cure the prob... if not, looks like I'm gonna hafta start once again from scratch with em... I hate how the internet does this crap! ***UPDATE*** Okay, pics seem to be back up now, but since I don't want this happening all the time, I gonna be moving some pics around, and some of the pics in the Show Result Pages may not be up for awhile til I access a CPU again... so be patient folks!
7/26/02... Back once again, this time for All-Star weekend, here to watch Ozzie get inducted into the Baseball HOF... anyways, I'm getting most of the Show Pics back up, maybe have them all by the time I leave, or not... and guess what? Yes, there is Backyard Wrestling News for the 1st time since Psyco and Co. left town! And yep, Psyc's involved in the News... apparently on WMX's Website's Guestbook, "Notorious" Jevon Hill threw out an open challenge to anyone, stating he would come out of retirement for one last match with anyone who wanted to wrestle him... and since Psyco was back last week, apparently he saw the challenge and gladly accepted! Problem is... when and where will these two meet? Since Psyco's downstate all the time, and Jevon would need transportation to the location anyways... so hopefully this match will happen, because from what I can see, this place needs some action! It's all been boring since the EWA ended... if some of Psyc's PXW guys wanna wrestle too, maybe it will be a PXW Show where these guys get it on... if not, it'll be non-Federational probably... so all I can say is once these two get a date where they can both be around, the battle will be on!!! And from the sound of it, Psyc wants this match as revenge for losing to Jevon a year or so ago in an EWA World Title match, so that adds heat to the situation... can't wait, but will these two be in shape for this match, after a couple months off? We'll see, I'll update again when I get a chance...
8/16/02... Well once again I am back and what do ya know, more picture problems! This time they went over the line, because I actually lost about half of them... so the deal is this... when we started this site with Angelfire over 3 years ago, the storage amount for the sites were 50MB's, which is quite a good amount of space... so we started to get out pics stored once we figured that out... anyways, a coiuple months ago, I guess Angelfire were feeling quiote generous and cut the 50MB's to 20MB's! But my pics were still up at the time, saying I had 40 some MB's out of 20, which was funny... but I was like, 'Well ya know, maybe since I was a long-time member and stuff, maybe they'll let it slide, and let me keep all the extra stuff...' But now I come back here... and half of it is gone?! What the **** is that?! No respect, no warnings even to me.... they just cut the pics and expect me to understand! Now I'm missing so many pics, and I they are spread out all over the site, so I don't know which ones they took off and kept, so I'm gonna hafta go looking on every page, get my box full of floppy discs, delete some pics, add some pics, to make it make sense, blah blah blah... get another site I hope, and all that, so it may be awhie dammit! And I would say more, but I'm not gonna dis the server I'm on too much, that'd be a mistake... so this sucks... onto other news... Psycohol recently visited the Wrestling School in New Jersey that he is looking into... it looked quite legit, he watched the practice, checked out the facility, and looked around the town... very nice place... he hopes to soon be attending... meanwhile though, since the summer is winding down, Psycohol should be back home in less than a week, meaning... Wrestling may be back on after a nearly 3 month abscence! We can only hope something happens... we know Jevon wants a match... does anyone else want to wrestle? PXW... I don't know, with Psykadelik moving away, and the rest going to college, probably not... WWF... they're website's been down for awhile, and nothing has been heard from Natas, so probably not... EWA... over! The EWF (Disruptor's supposed new Fed)... questionable if Psyc even wants to compete there... another update when Psyc's back for good... time to work on the pics!***UPDATE*** Okay, things are a bit more in order now... I believe I have got all the Main Page pics, Bio Pics, Tribute Pics, Various Pics, etc. back up on the site now... only ones missing are the Show pics... which happen to be like 3/4 of my pics... oh well I deleted some stuff just to get all the basic pics back on... anyways, as soon as Psyco and myself returns home for good, I'll do my best to get them all back up... it will be a hectic process, but whatcha gonna do?
