2/22/01...Sorry for the lack of Updates... but there's really been nothing to update as of late! No wrestling because of college... but it seems like maybe Spring Break will be the next time that EWA will get a show going... Psyco may be a bit rusty and out of shape, so he'll hafta get pumped and ready by the time the 2nd show rolls around... anyways, Wolfman X has a new Webpage up about his history and basically the EWA's history... he has collected some pics from our site here, and put em up there, so check it out here... or go to the links and find it... Ground Zero has apparently moved back to Florida for real this time, so it looks like we won't see anymore of him in EWA4 unfortunately! Once again, he has officially retired from the biz... well we wish him the best of luck, wish he could make it back, and I'll be back later with more news... oh yeah, and Psycohol wanted me to tell you that GODZILLA RULES!!!
3/5/01... Well supposedly Natas and Wolfman X were supposed to wrestle last Tuesday, but it never happened... I guess they decided the ground was too hard for falling on, so we'll hafta wait til the first card of the EWA4... and you're wondering when that will be huh? Well possibly bad news on that end... We were going to have the next show over Spring Break, but Psycohol's Spring Break is next week while Wolfman's is sometime in April! Totally different schedules! That sucks... And as for Easter Break, Psyc only gets from Friday through Monday, and Wolfman works all days except Tuesdays and Thursdays... so it looks like we won't see anything til the end of May, when school's out... but Psyco needs to find a real job, since this is his last year of college, so hopefully he'll have time for a few shows... if Wolfman could only get a weekend or at least a Saturday off, then we could do this... and it's also rumored that Psycohol may have an opponent for BTVW... but it's just a rumor, we'll see if it turns out ok.... and Psycohol saw Pitbull the other day and talked for awhile, guess Pitbull's ankle is back to 100%! Glad that's finally over with! Pitbull is the man! Also, I hear that Psycohol is working on his own Autobiography, covering his whole wrestling career, just like Wolfman did on his page... I'm hearing that it's gonna be pretty long, and it'll be on this page when he's done! Well... Two snowdays in a row, I'm happy! Whoooo Hooo!!!! Seeya...
4/19/01... Ok.... it's been awhile... this past Monday (4/16), the EWA held their second show of the year... if you want to call it a show... it pretty much went totally wrong, but I'll get to that later... The show was a very promising one, with a return, a debut, and a huge match between Psycohol and Wolfman X, which was bound to be possibly their greatest ever... the show opened with Psycohol running out and introducing the show as "Hell on Earth"! Soon, Wolfman X came out, challenging Psyco for his title in a rematch, and proclaiming that the winner will face the IC Champ (either Face or Execution) at the end of the show... suddenly, Kamilian from EWA's 1st Revolution made a surprising return, walking out, badmouth both WMX and Psyc... WMX began beating him down, then powerbombed Kamilian through an Ironing Board.... as Psycohol watched in amusement, WMX grabbed a metal tray, and smashed Psyc over the head with it, laying him out... Commisioner Squires made a return to the camera as he announced a couple new contract signings, including Kamilian of course, and the newcomer Scottito... the first match of the night was between Ninja and Splooge for the Jobberweight Title! As they readied to fight, Scottito made his debut and beat down the both of them! Scott didn't show too many wrestling skills, but he's only a beginner... reminds me of some of the PXW guys, who would rather brawl than wrestle... but he basically beat the two down for awhile with punches and clotheslines... it wasn't much of a match, but he finally pinned the Ninja, helping the Ninja win the Jobberweight Title, which Splooge was currently holding... Splooge was pissed afterwards that he lost his belt... The next match was Mr. Execution vs. Face for the I-C Title! Face beat the Hell out of Ex for awhile, and Ex tried resisting with weapon shots and even a piledriver onto the ironing board... in the end, Face won with his flying headbutt... once again Ex walks out the loser... heh... Directly afterwards, Wolfman X came out to address how proud he was of kicking Kamilian's arse, when Execution came from behind again with a weapon... but this time, WMX saw him, and nailed him in the midsection with his baseball bat! Ex went down, and WMX called for a ref... Shortcakes got out there and the match was on.... time for revenge WMX-style, after two attacks by Ex from the previous show... WMX basically obliterated the skull-faced demon! He tossed him high over the ironing board, gave Ex a suplex through the ironing board (man that was a good prop)... and hit most of his other patented moves on Ex! Ex had a couple of comebacks, he went for a piledriver of the table, but WMX countered and tossed Ex off... they brawled a bit longer, but WMX finally got Ex where he wanted him! Ex was going for a suplex off the table, but Wolfman blocked it and set Ex up for his own move! Piledriver off the Table into a box! Ex laid unconscious as WMX took the pin and victory! After that, Kamilian had his return match, against none other than the Ninja! Kamilian displayed some great submission skills, as he is rumored to have a background in shootfighting in some underground fighting circuit... but even more amazing, was the fact that the Ninja seemed to show skills today! He laid in a bunch of karate kicks, sending Kam down... and even performed some wrestling moves and reversals! In the end, Kamilian hooked on the camel clutch to finish the Ninja! Now it was time for the big match! WMX vs. Psycohol in an all-wrestling match, where weapons were barred! This is where the show collapsed! This wasn't even a match, considering it only lasted like 10 seconds before it was called off! Wolfman and Psyc made their entrances like usual and both seemed eager to put on a great show... Wolfman started off with a charge and a clothesline! Psycohol ducked! Psyc challenged WMX to come again, so he did... on this second move of the match, Psycohol went for the Leap frog over WMX, but somehow lost balance in midair... Psyc came crashing down hard on his left foot! CRUNCH!!! Psycohol laid there holding his foot in pain... the rest of Hell on Earth was called off as Psyco was rushed to the hospital... they spent like 3 or 4 hours there for Psyco to get Xrayed and casted up... Psycohol broke his ankle, and who knows how long he'll be out of action! And it was a stupid leap frog! Dammit! I doubt anyone will wrestle until Psyc's back into it, but we'll see... it may be a couple months, hopefully sooner than we think... so that match was cancelled, as was the match with the winner vs. Face.... so look for me to put up a picture later of Psycohol's bloated gangrene-looking foot... check out the Various Pics page...also, Psyc is still working on his autobiography, he's probably over halfway through, but has been lazy lately, and hasn't worked on it... I'll update you later on his condition and more..
5/1/01... I don't know what Psycohol was thinking last night(4/30) when he showed up with an attitude to a campus wrestling show, RAW is Binghamton! Psyc, obviously still with a broken ankle, appeared in the audience of this show which was being held in a Lecture Hall... I think he knew that Pitbull was going to be there... because when Pitbull walked out, Psycohol immediately stood up and went on a tyrade about how he broke Pitbull's ankle last year, and how he wants revenge for the chokeslam through the table, but how he recently broke his foot during the wrestling match with WMX... Psyc was on crutches, and eventually, they got him to sit and quiet down as Pitbull took a seat at the commentary table... as the show progressed, Psycohol continued throwing the insults, and Pitbull too... was this time for a rematch?! Unlikely with Psycohol on crutches like this and a splint on his foot... there were a couple matches between local guys, and then the show was coming to an end... the promoter Josh was wrapping it up, when Psycohol couldn't take it anymore, he stood up and berated Pitbull again, trying to provoke him one last time.... Pitbull told him to go home, and apparently, Psycohol was taking that advice, as he turned and began hobbling away on his crutches.... Suddenly without any mercy, Pitbull climbed a few rows of seats and began pummeling the already crippled Psycohol hard! He dragged the one-foot hopping Psyco down to the floor and prepared for destruction! He first snapped Psycohol's own crutch over his back, then Pitbull grabbed a chair and ruthlessly busted it over Psyco's good ankle!!!! From what I hear, the ankle is NOT broken like the other one, but severely bruised, so Psycohol will have a real tough time getting around now! Following the chair shot, which Psyc was obviously in tons of pain from, Pitbull bashed him a few times with a pan to the back of Psyc's spiky head! The promoter Josh tried to stop Pitbull, but he pushed Josh out the doors! He then went right back for the attack... he pulled the table out and set Psyco up.... Once again, Chokeslam through a Table!!!! Psycohol laid motionless from the same move for a second year in a row!!! As Pitbull celebrated and received an ovation, he was nailed from behind by Josh and his chair! Pitbull tumbled over the first row of seats as Josh helped the woozy Psycohol up... that was the end of the show, and it was pretty fun... but will this mean more time on the disabled list for the EWA World Champion Psycohol?! Only time will tell...
5/3/01... Well apparently the other day (May 1st), the EWA held a special one-match show... I wasn't in attendance, so I only found out about it through WMX's website! I guess there was supposed to be the 1st ever 4-Way Jobber Brawl, but it didn't happen since they were attacked by.... The New Breed?! Natas came out with a new look and basically talked about the history between him and Wolfman X... the two were 5-5 against each other, and it was time to see who the real better man was! This match was huge! Hardcore to the bone, with plenty of box moves! Natas was Sidewalk Slammed and Chokeslammed from the table by WMX, but fought back with a Super Kick of his own, sending WMX off the table! There was a nice Stunner/Chokeslam combo, and some other nice reversals... each man kicked out of the other's finisher too! But in the end, a Double Weapon shot sent both men down for the count, as the ref counted to 10! Sounds like a great match, I'll hafta see it when I get back over there...
5/16/01... Psycohol unexpectadley had an impromptu wrestling match Tuesday night (5/15/01)... and it was for none other than BTVW!!! Yes, one final BTVW match after about a year's hiatus.... this time, since Psycohol was already scheduled to leave, he challenged his cohost Grizzly, and declared that if he lost, he'd stay, and if he won, he'd for sure leave! Sounds kinda like last years ladder match with Ponch huh? When Ponch won and left... well now it was Psyco's turn! Grizzly gladly accepted, and being much bigger and more powerful than Psyco, he thought he had it in the bag... and he's rumored to have backyard experience too... he went back into the all too familiar Studio and awaited Psyco... Psyc snuck up behind with the street cone and went right for the kill! It was a damn brutal match, with lots of hard bumps on the concrete floor! Grizzly took Psyco to the extreme with a DDT, some slams and weapon shots.... Psyc had some nice weapon shots too, not to mention his Senton Flip, and an elbow drop off a step ladder... It was quite hardcore, and finally ended with a punching combo, followed by Psyco reversing Grizzly into a nice Tornado DDT for the pin! And with that, Psyco had officially sealed his fate and the end of his career at BTV and BTVW! After the match though, Grizzly attacked Psyco with a Rock Bottom followed by a Sharpshooter, until Psyc passed out! Then Griz went back to the show proud of his actions to cohost with Bracey.... soon, Psyco came back with some words for Grizzly, but instead of fighting, Psyc shook his hand and praised how bad he was... Psyc promised a rematch if he ever returned, and then they finished the final show in style! BTV was a great experience, and I know Psycohol's gonna miss it... he had fans all over campus, complimenting him all the time, and now he's gotta finally make it into the real world! A chapter has ended, and a new one begun... there is a rumor too that the EWA will be having a show May 24th, where Psycohol will indeed compete and defend his World Title, despite if his ankle is fully healed or not... and judging by tonight's performance, it's looking much better, but I think it's still bugging him...
5/25/01... Yesterday (5/24) was a huge day as the biggest show yet for EWA4 happened... Burnt Alive 2 as a continuation from WMX's battle with Natas... but this time Natas had nothing to do with it... Mr. Splooge began the show by making fun of Psycohol and Wolfman for their bungled match from a previous show... WMX quickly came out and hooked Splooge in an anklelock of sorts! He called in the ref, to make it an impromptu match, and Splooge gave up just as she arrived, probably making it the shortest match in EWA history! When WMX finally let go, Splooge limped away, and it's not yet known if his ankle is now broken too or not... but directly after, Mr. Ex came out to congratulate Wolfman on breaking both Psy's and Splooge's ankle! Wolfman shook his hand, but as Ex turned, Wolfman knocked him down and put an anklelock submission on him! He told Ex to go take Splooge to the hospital and not show his face again on this show, or he would break his ankle too! Ex gladly obliged and ran away! WMX then started the show... he brought Psyco and Kamilian out and talked... Psyco's ankle was obviously better, yet he still had a limp... then suddenly Kamilian said he had some backup.... then once again "Notorious" Jevon Hill made his return!!! He demanded a shot at Psycohol's World Title, which both Psy and WMX laughed at... but after some bickering, Psyco didn't wanna stand down, so accepted Jevon's challenge and the title match was on for a bit later... the first official match of the card was Psycohol vs. Face in a Title vs. Title Tree Match!!! Wolfman X ran in, claiming to be the special guest ref, guaranteeing Psyco that he'd lose! Psyco was enraged but accepted the circumstances... Psyco took the early advantage, but Face came back and worked a bit on Psy's ankle... in the end, in a shock, WMX big booted Face to let Psyco run to the Tree and retrieve both belts!!! Wolfman helping Psycohol?! What the hell?! Then they shook hands and Wolfman declared that since both were the most extreme in the EWA, that they were now joining forces and would be called the Doctors of Extreme! Dr. Ohol and Dr. X! Psycohol walked out with both the World and IC Titles... everything was looking good for him.... the next match was a 3 Fall match between Wolfman X and the Kamilian! The first fall was for a Tree Match for a World Title shot! The two brawled and wrestled for awhile... WMX even Blitzkrieged Kamilian from the tree in an amazing highlight! But Kamilian hit a nice Full Nelson Atomic Drop move and used his agility to climb the tree and grab Psycohol's World Title for the shot at it later... Kamilian was trying to get a between-match interview when WMX attacked him with a hubcap! The two brawled, and Fall 2 was underway... the First Blood match! They brawled for awhile, trying to cut each other open... they worked their way over to a slide and fought up and down that for awhile... finally Dr. X (WMX) called Dr. Ohol (Psy) out for some help... Psyc held Kamilian as Wolfman took three solid shots to Kammy's head with a piece of metal! Kamilian was busted open! And WMX had won the second fall... but Kamilian jumped back up and began beating the hell outta WMX, starting the 3rd Fall in a hurry! This was the most dangerous Fall of all! The Fire Match! The winner had to light his opponent on fire! They brawled for awhile again... and finally ended up down by a creek! Wolfman took some sort of cloth, layed it on Kammy, and lit it on fire! As the flames rose, Wolfman X stood there in victory, the winner of this grueling very long 3 Fall battle! Psycohol then had to defend his title against the returning Jevon Hill! As Psyco made his entrance and did the one-foot mosh, Jevon jumped him and began beating him down! This match was much better than expected! Psyc did pretty well for having a hurt ankle... Psy at one point brought out a computer keyboard, apparently that he stole from his mom... but it was Jevon who used it to bash repeatedly over Psyco's head, buttons flying everywhere! Later there was a series of pinfall combinations in a row which added a great technical element to the match... but finally Psyco looked like he was gonna retain the title as he hit a Backflip Splash! But then he went for another! This time, he began screaming in pain as he landed... he had reinjured his ankle! Jevon immediately took advantage, kicking Psy's ankle, and then set Psyc up for the end! The Notorious Edge followed by the New York Style Elbow was too much for Psyco, and for the first time in EWA history, "Notorious" Jevon Hill was the World Champion! Pissed off and limping, Psyco grabbed his IC Title... but as he walked away, Face's music played, and Face charged out with a headbutt!!! He began beating down Psyc... Psyc, full of rage, but also not thinking well following a grueling match, gave Face a Title shot.... and to be even stupider, Psyco made it an "I Quit" match... Face's favorite kind!!! Psyc clearly wasn't thinking straight! They brawled awhile... but Psyco hooked on the Crossface Chickenwing finally! Face couldn't take the pain and began tapping out as he yelled "Stab! Stab! Stab!" Psyco thought he won, but the ref informed him that Face never said "I Quit".... nor would he ever... Psyco pissed beat on Face some more... but Face began concentrating on Psy's ankle, and eventually wrapped a chair around it "Pillmanizing" it, and began beating the chair and Psyco at the same time repeatedly! After a few shots of the broken keyboard, Psyco, bleeding yelled "I Quit" out of the sheer brutallity of it all, and the intense pain in his ankle! Face had won his title back, and Psyco walked out with a terrible day, losing both belts!!! Next, Kamilian got his World Title shot, against Jevon in a submission match! The first couple minutes were totally UFC shoot-fighting style! They were just locked up in grapple position on the ground for awhile... but finally they both got to their feet and began wrestling... Kammy got his Camel Clutch on at one pint but it didn't finish Jevon.... finally as Jevon went for his NY style elbow, the Doctors of Extreme ran in! Wolfman X ran in and speared him in midair! Psy meanwhile attacked Kamilian! after they got broken up, WMX challenged Jevon to one final match, not for the belt, just a Grudge Match! Jevon accepted... the two fought the distance! Wolfman hitting all his power moves and Jevon hitting all his patented moves! Jevon even lifted WMX up for the Notorious Edge in an unbelievable display of strength, given their size difference... Wolfman finished Jevon with the Blitzkrieg I believe though, and Wolfman walked off with his 3rd win of the day! A rather good day compared to his fellow Doctor, the miserable Psycohol! And with that, the show was over... but it was definitely the most solid show in a long time, with excellent commentary done by all those sitting out, and great matches... the next show is scheduled in two weeks, so I guess we'll see how long Jevon can hold that belt, and if Psyco can rebound... will the Doctors of Extreme continue their era of destruction?! Will Splooge and ex return for revenge on WMX? Wait til next time for the answers...
5/26/01... As you may notice, none of the pics on this site are working anymore... now I don't know what happened, but we were storing them on a Geocities site, and all of a sudden, the site is no longer there... so Geocities screwed up or screwed us or something... so we have to start from scratch... hopefully most of those pics are still on disk... anyways, we'll be asking them about what happened, and if they can't fix the problem, then it may be a loooong time before we get all the pics back up, since we gotta re-upload them individually... Life sucks! RIP Gramma, we love you!
6/21/01... Today was supposed to be one of the biggest shows in recent EWA history... but EEEEKKK!!! Total sucktitude, and total cutoff.... no broken ankles or injuries or anything, but more of an incident with the 5-0 and their stupidity... okay... before the show, Ninja and Psycohol entered the PXW arena, to hang out... Short Cakes was already there sitting with WMX's lil' sister... Psyco left and Ninja happened to build up the guts to ask Short Cakes out on a date! Being engaged to Wolfman X, it seemed like she would decline, but she happily accepted... Ninja then gave her a small kiss and ran out excited! Psyco happened to be listening in, and came in asking S.C. about it... Psy stormed out to look for WMX! He found his fellow Doctor of Extreme and told him what happened! Wolfman was pissed! They found Ninja and basically beat his arse! Later that day, the show began, and the Doctors of Extreme came out stating that Jevon has been stripped of the World Title for steroid use! Psyco then claimed that since he was the last champ, he should hold the title again... but WMX said that he beat Jevon in the last show and should be holding it... they then decided to hold an 8-man tourney for the title! Wolfman set up one side of the brackets with Psycohol vs. Face and Kamilian vs. Mr. Ex! Psyc made the other side, with a surprise match of WMX vs. Short Cakes for all the treachery she's shown him as of late, and Mr. Splooge vs. nobody, getting a bye... but as he announced that, the New Breed's music started up as Natas and Drakon made their way into the Arena... Natas even dragged out EWA1's Blondie for a sec... he talked a bunch about how Psycohol must be a complete loser and disgrace to lose to "Marvelous" Jevon Hill! He badgered his way into the tourney finally, earning him the spot against Mr. Splooge! In fact, it happened to be the first match... Natas distracted Splooge as Drake clotheslined him... then Natas proceeded to completely make fun of "Notorious" Jevon Hill! He performed a New York Style Elbow that Splooge stood up to claiming it didn't hurt.... then he gave a couple Marvelous Slams and a Marvelous Setdown, which were really weak... you'd know what I'm talkin' about if you saw some early Jevon matches back in EWA1... but then Natas took the pin and easy but humorous victory to make it to the second round... Next, Psycohol came out as Ref and announcer for Wolfman X vs. referee, and future wife Short Cakes... he refused to fight at first, but after she hit him with a metal tray and a Stunner he got quite pissed... he gave her a bunch of backbreakers over the knee followed by a Boston Crab, in which she tapped out to! Yes, we in the EWA promote the beating of women... well, maybe not always... Psycohol then had his match vs. Face... Face basically pummeled Psyco the first part of the match, throwing him around on a picnic table, then brutalizing him on all the playground equpiment! Psyco finally made a comeback though, with a dropkick, flipping X-Pac lariat, Rocker Dropper and a bunch of other moves... he finished Face off with the Handspring Clothesline followed by the standing Moonsault! The final match of the Quarterfinals was Kamilian vs. Mr. Execution! The two tried some locking up, but it just didn't work well... Kammy through in some submission stuff while Ex tried to brawl back... Kammy hit a nice rollup German Suplex maneuver near the beginning, whereas Ex introduced a new submission maneuver that I could only call the hangman, holding him up in a choke over his back... impressive... but in the end, Kammy hit the Kamilian elbowdrop followed by his patented Camel Clutch! It looked like it was all over for Ex, but out of nowhere, Wolfman X runs out and attacks both men, making it a no-contest, giving Psyco a bye in the next round... unfortunately that was the whole show! Because right then, a cop showed up questioning us all... and after all that crap, he was gonna let us continue, cuz he seemd nice enough, but he had to fiddle around with Psycohol's camera and check it to see if it was stolen?! What the hell is that all about?! Anyways, while he was fiddling with it, he must have broke something, because it stopped working, and the rest of the tourney and show was scrapped to a later date! The other matches were to be classics, but I guess we'll hafta wait awhile to see them happen, and hopefully there will be a camera... And remember, Wolfman X's wedding with Short Cakes is July 8th, so that should be a quite happy occasion... unless... the Ninja has something to say about it... hmmm... and also, tomorrow is Psycohol's Birthday! Oh yah... and it's a pain in the arse to put the pictures back up from scratch after Geocities screwed us, so I've been lazy basically and done nothing... so they'll be back when I feel like it... bye!
7/9/01... Well yesterday was the Big Day! Wolfman X and Shortcakes finally got married! They seemed to have a great time at the wedding and reception, along with many other EWA Superstars who happened to be on hand for this special occasion! Psycohol and "Notorious" Jevon Hill were ushers for WMX's and SC's ceremonies, where WMX's bro, Napalm was the best man... Ground Zero was also supposed to be an usher, but couldn't make it up from Florida... Blondie was even one of Shorty's maids of honor! Also in the crowd was Natas and Drakon representing the New Breed, Commisioner Squires, and lurking around somewhere in tux's were the Ninja, Splooge, Execution and Face... we'll get more word on what the Jobbers were doing there later hopefully... since they weren't actually seen at the reception... anyways it was a great time, some fun moshing at the reception, and now WMX and Shorty are headed up to Niagra Falls on their honeymoon! Good Luck to them and their future! And Congratulations from everyone in the local Backyard scene! And remember how the last show was never finished? Well there were a few dates where we were planning on concluding it, but Natas got sick and couldn't compete, so it was delayed even farther... anyways, after WMX get's back from his honeymoon, we are planning on finishing it in the next week or two if possible, and yes, we are going to play it out as if it happened the same day as the other matches, so even though Psyco will have significantly longer hair, and some people might have some clothes changes, we're gonna say it all happened June 21st... hehe, should be funny... and we also got word that the EWA Arena (WMX's yard) may be back in business with a fixed picnic table and everything... we've been wrestling in parks for a bit now, and it may be time to go back, but we'll see... even though I'm really lazy with putting pics back up, despite all the time I have, I WILL post pics of all the EWA guys at WMX's wedding very soon... they will be up HERE soon, so stay tuned!
