New Year's 2002 in Nashville!!!
Of course no trip to Nashville is complete without a story to accompany the photos :)

I arrived in Nashville on 12/30/01 and was abducted at the airport by two ladies holding up a sign with the name Estelle on it...believe me, I've been called some strange names before but never Estelle! LOL Not long afterwards, they took me to see some interesting prints in concrete...no we didn't find Jimmy Hoffa. :D

Wooohooo...BlackHawk!

Oooolala...Phil!!

Yeeehawww...Ty England!

Later that evening, it was off to the Spaghetti Factory for "meat" and pasta, then downtown to Tootsie's Orchid Lounge to see Darren playing with a local band. After some more club hopping, it's off to the hotel...Brrrr, it was freezing. Hey there's a taxi...never mind! LOL Since my abductors turned out to be some very nice ladies, our mission the next day was to sell a ticket to the New Year's Eve party after a stop at the Pancake Pantry for some more "meat" (LOL) and by now, we'd been joined by Carol (another nice lady). We were only asking face value so...no we weren't scalping Phil...that could have been quite embarassing. LOL $49.50 was also the ransom amount they were asking for me in exchange. Kindof adds a whole new meaning to the term cheap! :) I was eventually released New Year's day...something about my needing too much "meat" turned out to be my way to freedom. LOL Next, it was off to Seanachie's Irish Pub (errrr?) and then back to the hotel to change for the evening's festivities, then to Rippy's rib joint across the street from the Gaylord Entertainment Center but wait.....! Could Phil be in that radio station broadcasting truck being interviewed??? (Bless you Carol!!)

OH MY GOD...he's here!!!!!(Squeeze in you say?? LOL)

Lookin' good Phil!!

Awww...have to go so soon? Thanks Phil!!!(what a weird camera...check out the date stamp)

Now it's dinner time and of course..."meat". Somehow, I don't think our waiter will soon forget us! :) After that, it was off to the party...let the festivities begin!

JamieO'Neal opened the musical part of the show. Then it was WOOOHOOO...Mr. Phabulous himself!!!(God I wish these photos were alot better...funny thing is no one said anything about my camera until Phil came out. Grrrr!)
